Now, a few weeks later, we come back for our appointment and the forms she filled out are gone. They think they were shredded. Why would they ask her to spend her time to fill them out if they were just going to throw them away? And then now, as she's filling out the forms on the iPad "kiosk", she stops to look up some of the information they're asking for and the device logs her off, erasing everything that she's entered up to that point. And the staff can't help because the device didn't save anything, so they ask her to fill it all out AGAIN. Now, things happen, and how the staff deals with customers goes a long way to how the patients react to these things. The staff here is very rude. Even when they apologize, you can hear the disdain in their voice. If you don't want to work here, then don't. But don't take it out on the patients. That's not a way to stay in business.

The waiting room is so filthy. Take a look at the floors and ask yourself when you think the lat time was it was cleaned. Without…read morerunning any tests, Dr. Sandhu quickly dismissed all possible diagnosis with a quick answer as "nothing is wrong with him". The lack of concern for patient and consideration to his pain is frustrating to say the least. He grabbed the patient's arm where the pain was, and pressed on it hard, the patient repeatedly said "you are hurting me", and he conducted a range of motion while continuing to press hard on the patient's arm. Dr. Sandhu continued to insist there is no pain here. We are completely infuriated and disgusted with the lack of professionalism this Doctor showed. We went to another doctor, and the experience was quite the contrary, they ran X-Rays and EKG, and ruled out any possible issues, accommodated the patient and made the proper diagnosis, patient is better now.
