When they came to perform the work, the trouble spot was not repaired prior to the new application. When I called it to Adam's attention, I was told "you will have to buy a squeegee ". "It's not on the estimate to grind and level only to remove the old coating". This is a second home and it's not possible to "squeegee " every time it rains!!! Paid $2,000.00 plus for nothing! No improvement whatsoever. I recommend you get someone else who is honest to do the job. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Countertop Source did a good job installing my granite on my island and countertops. They removed…read moremy old countertop without breaking the backsplash so I could keep the backsplash. They provided a drawing prior so I could see what it was going to look like and I was able to make a couple of changes which was nice. The reason why I did not give an excellent rating is the new stainless steel sink they provided I noticed after they left had several scratches on it. When I called the sales Rep Braden, he said it could have been the plumber who scratched it when he hooked everything back up. No one knows for sure. But the new sink I'm not sure is as good quality as my old one as it seems to scratch more easily than my old one. Overall, they did a good job on the granite installation.

The pictured stonework was a partial repair of stones that had come loose in from the tile bench in…read moreour master shower. There were about 8 stones that had come loose. This photo is of the finished repair. This was a small repair but because it was custom décor in our shower we needed someone to do the repair who could replicate the pattern before the stones had come loose. Terry from A Jackson Masonry did a perfect job. He was so meticulous and conscientious in making sure the repair was done in the very best manner possible. He did the work in about 5 hours over 2 days. After completing the work on day 1 he came back on day 2 to touch up the joint work and make the job look perfect. On day 2 he was even going to remove the original joint material he used and replace it with a different material because he was concerned that it wasn't as good a material as he thought it should be. We ended up deciding on the original material rather than have him redo that part of the job. That is the level of integrity that Terry has in making sure his work is the best it can possibly be. We recommend A Jackson Masonry and thank Aaron for sending Terry to do this job for us.
