They also repaired out gravel that let weeds take over our yard. It has been several months since they performed their most compete yard care and no more weeds. They were extremely reasonable in their rate and guaranteed that if any problems occurred to contact them immediately and they would stand behind their work. We received a bid to strip the whole house floor, repair the damaged spot, fix the coloring, in spots, and reseal with a polyurethane finish. What we received was a poor quality job with a wax that you put on commercial flooring that needs to be re-done frequently. We called to have him come out and fix the problem. After much phone calling and leaving voice mails, he finally returned our call and showed up. We showed him where the floor was peeling and he stated that he had never seen this happen before. My husband told him that this is what happens when water gets on a wax floor. Once he realized that my husband was familiar with sealing floors and had sealed floors in a previous job he stated that he had overcharged us by about $1 per sq foot! We requested the information for the product that he put on the floor and found that it was indeed a wax and they had not put polyurethane on the floor, as bid and requested. Additionally, the color on the repair job was pink or terracotta tones on an orange/brown/green stained concrete. He stated that he would re-do the whole house. Since we had moved our furniture out and back in again we were not going to move it a second time due to shoddy workmanship. He advised us that he would move the furniture out and back in again. We made arrangements with him to come out later that week to begin the job and he would call us with the day/time when he looked at his schedule. This is now July and we have not heard from him or the company except to keep getting invoices for the unpaid amount and a phone call to pay because he needed to pay the "paint lady". We said "to pay for our pink floors"? He stated "oh yeah" but has yet to come out and correct. I definitely would not recommend this company. EVER

So being a nice person I paid and then he told me he got the walls done but doesn't have time for the gates!!! Really you just took $1000.00 from me. So another 30 days later I am still NOT moved in. The double gate side was 6 inches too small so I had to tear apart my gate. Then the smaller size 4 foot opening was 5 inches too Big!!!! The gates were sitting there the ENTIRE time, no EXCUSE for Bad MEASUREMENTS!!! It is a little job and NO BODY wants to do little jobs!! I wanted to build cinderblock walls for extra security so after checking internet reviews and websites, I decided to go with LG Landscaping. Their great reviews and website values really sold me on choosing this company. He met me at the house took measurements was very polite about me wanting to use pre-made gates (home warming presents!). After waiting about a month (contracted on 04/02, "finished" the job 04/30) he told me the walls were done and gates installed. Wouldn't meet me at the house to review his work instead met me at the bank for final payment. I thought it was odd and wanted to meet at the house; but felt pressured to meet uptown and I was told multiple times he was a professional who did this on a normal basis. When I made it to the house, the gates weren't installed and on top of that the walls were the wrong size! The gates that have been sitting there since LG Landscapings were contracted, the gates that they had measurements and dimensions for, my gates did not fit. One side the cinderblock is too small and the other side it's too large. When I asked them what I should do, I was told (very rudely) to buy different gates. That's not a solution! I should never have been struggling to find a solution to this because it should never have been an issue. It's my first house. It's my first time hiring someone. I went with a "professional" company hoping for professional results. Now I have very expensive cinderblock walls with odd size openings that will not fit any gates and gates that will never fit. I will never work with this company again. I will never recommend this company to anyone. My first home major renovation is now tainted with this experience. Now I struggle to be able a solution to by very expensive problem. I thought I was doing everything I should do. He gave me business cards. Came over in a business truck. But then left me in a bind with monster energy canes scattered across my yard and bags of left over cement in my trash cans.
