And I know it's just my opinion. So people are opinionated, so they don't like the way I think but I say GOD made us to be where we have freedom of choice. Well back to eye lashes, I always wanted them after I considered loosing my original lashes are from mine's thinning out. Again because of the new look, I think that's a better way of saying it, because of the recent new look , I didn't want to look fake. I like that expression better. My daughter had me to get natural or simply put not longe at all. At first I thought it was to much but as I look in the mirror it was perfectly done and the young lady did a great job. I got schooled on how to take care of them. They first tried to sale me a brush and some cream, but I wasn't prepared to spend anymore money, so I didn't get them . So they gave me some sample to use and since I came home with them they have worked perfectly. I've gotten quite a few compliments and from some professionals as well asking if they were my own lashes. So ladies it up to you if you decide to get them done.no matter how thick or long you get them. But I still prefer natural.

And I was told this pretty much as soon as I checked in once I made the 35min drive from their other sister location. They did rectify the situation by discounting the service for their mistake, but the experience just still left me feeling a bit disappointed. Initially I wasn't a huge fan of my lashes just because I felt like there were some spots that didn't look very filled in. But it took about 24hrs for it to grow on me. She did somewhat give me the look I asked for--not too much and something that accentuated my face without being overtly appearing as false lashes. And I know the reason why it didn't look the same was because they had to substitute for the look I usually go far due to them not having the correct lashes in stock. Because of this I just know I can't come back because we're supposed to leave our lash appointment feeling our most beautiful or "upgraded" self but I just left feeling a bit let down.

Unfortunately, she is on vacation and recommended that I visit the Upland location and book with Ryanna. Sadly, this was the worst experience I've ever had getting my lashes done. I went in for a fill, and throughout the appointment my eyes were burning badly. I informed Ryanna aged age just ignored me. Instead, I was told to stop shutting my eyes because the glue would not stick. When the appointment was finished, the lashes on one eye looked noticeably different from the other. One side was less full, and the inner corners were uneven lengths. I normally get the Cutie 6D set, but my lashes did not appear full at all. When I mentioned my concerns, only a few lashes were added before the appointment ended. I returned the following day to have them corrected, but I did not feel welcomed back. Ryanna was with another client and asked me to wait about an hour, she probably thought I would be back instead I kindly said that's fine I'll wait and as I was going to sit she rudely said come to the bed next to the client she was working on. She added a few lashes onto my left eye. Once again, my eye was burning. I had to fan my own eye with my hand, and when I asked for a fan, I was told one was not available. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this location, and I would personally not recommend booking with Ryanna.

I've been a loyal client here for about two years, and this was by far the worst experience I've…read moreever had and that says a lot because I usually shy away from speaking up for myself. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving. During that time, 3 other clients came in and finished services before I was even finished, which was extremely frustrating. I experienced major eye irritation as my eyes were tearing nonstop, extremely red, and painful by the end of the service and I truly believe it is due to the length in time. When I asked the technician how much longer it would take, I was told 30 more minutes, which then turned into nearly another hour. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full $130, which is what I normally pay for a service that takes about an hour. I asked for a reasonable discount because 3 hours for a 1-hour service is unacceptable and upon opening my eyes I felt the worst burning sensation. After going back and forth, the owner only approved a $10 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. They offered me eye drops, but only if I used them and immediately gave them back, which I declined because I was already upset. The owner also did not apologize or take accountability and instead made several attempts at holding my wrist while telling me that they said they had told me it would take longer and that the employee was new. I was never told the technician was new, and even if I had been, an additional 2 hours is unreasonable and has now resulted in blurry vision and severe pain and discoloration in my eyes! I'm extremely disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. This experience showed a lack of consideration for client comfort, time, and safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time my family and friends will be returning and I will not be recommending this place anymore as I still have severe eye discoloration and pain even though they said it would only be this way "for a little bit". Well today is day two and I needed help opening my eyes which were closed shut and covered in puss. This is ridiculous and I even had to cancel my weekend plans because I'm embarrassed to be out like this.
