Joyce continues to do great and is very very honest in her work. I am more of a natural lash girl and come in every two weeks for my fills. Many lash shops are extremely overpriced for mediocre work. So I came to this location and wanted to try them out. I was having a wedding so I came to get my lashes done here unfortunately nine days later I was literally super unhappy because all my lashes fell off. There was only a few left and she wanted to charge me $55 again to put them on again I said that I wasn't gonna repay nine days later so she offered to do it for free once I got to the location I had made up my mind that I would prefer to just take them off because I didn't want to keep having this issue after nine days again so I asked if instead of adding the Lashes if she can remove them, she proceeded to want to charge me to even do that. This is not a good place to do your lashes if you want them to actually last I normally go to my Lashes Once a month but here you will only have them for nine days before they start to fall off dramatically, I'm literally missing half of an eye lash on my left eye. I drove all the way from Pomona to come to this location, so unfortunately, even before this happened I had come once before to have their fill it and fix it because my lashes were not done right so this was literally my third time coming to this location to try to fix them ... I'm yelping this for the inconvenience and also because I am not happy at all with her service. she has good customer service, but her work is no good. I think her name is Joyce. I could be wrong but either way I think she's the owner if you guys wanna pay good price for good service this is not good place. This is an update on what the person just responded to this message. I love it how they try to sound so nice over yelp, but in person they are totally different story. Don't buy into this respond. It's crazy how fake people can be. read more

So I jumped in my trusty Yelp app and searched for a new lash tech. I stumbled upon Splendid lash and I am thankful I did. Joyce worked on my lashes and she was very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. She knew how to map my lashes without making them look overly done & droopy. I'd say this is the first set in a very very long time that it was done correctly and came out beautiful.
