I've been a loyal client here for about two years, and this was by far the worst experience I've ever had and that says a lot because I usually shy away from speaking up for myself. A service that normally takes 1 hour took 3 hours, and I was laying down the entire time. I am currently recovering from a knee dislocation, and being stuck in that position for so long caused my legs to start feeling numb and left me in pain after leaving. During that time, 3 other clients came in and finished services before I was even finished, which was extremely frustrating. I experienced major eye irritation as my eyes were tearing nonstop, extremely red, and painful by the end of the service and I truly believe it is due to the length in time. When I asked the technician how much longer it would take, I was told 30 more minutes, which then turned into nearly another hour. Despite all of this, I was still charged the full $130, which is what I normally pay for a service that takes about an hour. I asked for a reasonable discount because 3 hours for a 1-hour service is unacceptable and upon opening my eyes I felt the worst burning sensation. After going back and forth, the owner only approved a $10 discount, which felt dismissive given the situation. They offered me eye drops, but only if I used them and immediately gave them back, which I declined because I was already upset. The owner also did not apologize or take accountability and instead made several attempts at holding my wrist while telling me that they said they had told me it would take longer and that the employee was new. I was never told the technician was new, and even if I had been, an additional 2 hours is unreasonable and has now resulted in blurry vision and severe pain and discoloration in my eyes! I'm extremely disappointed, especially as a long-term customer. This experience showed a lack of consideration for client comfort, time, and safety. Unfortunately, this is the last time my family and friends will be returning and I will not be recommending this place anymore as I still have severe eye discoloration and pain even though they said it would only be this way "for a little bit". Well today is day two and I needed help opening my eyes which were closed shut and covered in puss. This is ridiculous and I even had to cancel my weekend plans because I'm embarrassed to be out like this. read more

I LOVE this place! They have the best stuff I have ever meet before!! I was recommend by my friend and at beginning I entered without an appointment I thought I will not be accepted but they ask me for my information and set me down really quick, they mentioned to me the lady was a new stuff there and if I wanna work with her and I down for that, she is SO NICE and SO GENTLE, she keeps a really patient communicate with me and 1000% following which style I wanna do, I have been doing the eyelashes for almost 10 year and I had experience a lot before about this service I can tell if they didn't mentioned I will not notice that she is new there since she is professional at all! I got the super sensitive eyes and for this time my eyes are just a bit red but they all gone after 2 hours I done with my service, no pain and no redness anymore. AGAIN I love this place!! Found this hidden GEM a couple months ago and have been coming here since. They are very friendly, convenient (more hours available), affordable and most Importantly do an AMAZING job every single time!! My lashes last longer than the at home techs i used to go to and feel like better quality (not a thick feeling) and I love that they are faster and have more convenient scheduling. Individual technicians have funky hours and sometimes take way too long. I would totally recommend this lash place for anyone! read more
