I bought my first home through her and she was very patient and accommodating of my schedule and needs. Sherri created an algorithm for me which gave me daily updates on homes within my interest area. She was very responsive to texts and phone calls; I never had a problem communicating with her. Sherri also helped me sell my home while I was out of the time zone, and even helped stage it and had wonderful photographs of it (that she paid for!), creating an all in all beautiful and attractive listing. Her knowledge extends to contractors, HOA rules, financing, and all manner of associated real estate areas. She explained everything in simple terms, was honest and I never felt like she was blowing me off or I was just a client to her. Sheri even stayed in touch after I purchased the home, and not just with post cards or business cards, but in a personal way to see how things were going. After buying my home, whenever friends came over they would marvel at it and ask how much I paid, (I don't know...is that socially acceptable these days?) and after telling them they would reply with: 'Wow, you stole it at that price!' That's a nod to how well Sherri is. I can't emphasize how much I trusted her. Her knowledge and expertise in real estate is excellent! Trust her.
