However it never fails that the issue is never truly fixed and we end up calling them back. This time we tried something different and explained to Matt at All Clear what was happening. He ran a camera down our line and discovered the issue. All the drain cleanings in the world would not have fixed what he found. Waited for 2 weeks for a quote, then we finally called him. When we told him to schedule it, we waited another 2 weeks for him to call us about a date, which he never did. We finally gave up (disgusted with him, I might add) and found another company to do the same work for $2000 less.
