I had them come out a second time, and they sprayed flex seal on it but a couple weeks later it was still leaking. I let them know and had them come out a third time and he agreed to come on a morning that we weren't home and fix it from the outside. He mentioned that he'd call me. He never called me, set a can of flex seal on the front porch, and no additional work was completed on the outside. I attempted to call them this summer and left a voicemail but nobody called me back. The leak is still there and now I have to pay for a seperate company to come out and fix it or fix it myself.
