Came here on a Sunday and there was one customer in front of me. She finished her up and sat me down. She immediately got to wok and started working and cleaning up my brows. She did a great job or threading my brows. She gave me a mirror to inspect it. It looked good when I was at the salon although now when I look at it I'm not sure it's very even. One eyebrow has a higher arch than the other. It's not too noticeable but it's a drastic improvement from my original brows. She gave me cooling aloe gel to soothe my brows. $10 for new client, usually it's $12, which is super reasonable. I'll come back when I'm in the area and my brows need desperate help. Pinki does an amazing job! She is very thorough and always checks in with me throughout the process, using the mirror to make sure I'm happy with the results or if I'd like any adjustments. I really appreciate the care and time she puts into her work--it truly makes a difference. The salon itself has such a peaceful, welcoming atmosphere, which makes the whole experience even better. They also offer a loyalty card, which is a nice bonus. I also want to mention the owner (I'm sorry I forgot her name). She worked on me several times at her previous location next to Stater Bros, and she's equally wonderful. Both she and Pinki do phenomenal work, and I've always left very satisfied with the service here. I've been a customer for over three years now, and while Pinki is new to me, she's worked on me twice so far and has done a phenomenal job each time. I told her I wanted to clean up my brows. I told her multiple times I wanted to keep my shape and not thin them out. I just moved to the area and was worried to have someone new do my eyebrows. She did a good job on one brow but significantly thinned out the other brow. At the end of my visit, I told her I liked them because I was shy to say I didn't like them and didn't want to be rude. But after taking a second look I realized how bad she thinned one of them out and asked for a refund 3 days later and she said she wouldn't refund me. She said I should've said something that same day. But that wouldn't have made my eyebrows grow back read more
