We received and accepted a quote for renting a cotton candy machine. Our goal was to surprise about 140 students after a math competition today. On 5/4, AZ Bounce Pro sent an email to confirm with us the quote price and verify that we want to rent the products. On 5/5, we confirmed the quote was acceptable and stated we would like it delivered today, 5/7. A purchase order for the amount requested was provided as proof of payment and acceptance of the offer. When the delivery time passed, we called AZ Bounce Pro to check the delivery status and were informed that there was an error on their side. They confirmed that all information to proceed was received from us however, it did not get processed and entered on their end. We explained we can move around things on our side and have it delivered tomorrow, 5/8. Later in the day, the company sent a revised quote asking for more money (approximately doubling the delivery fee). When asked about it, the response was that we can change the price at any time before signing the official contract. We were also informed that when the quote was entered last week, the system generated the delivery quote; however, when they moved it from a quote to an invoice, the delivery fee changed. The manager stated she has reviewed the issue and errors with upper management, and they agree that no signed contract was received, so the new price will remain. Management was advised that the error was on their side (as they previously confirmed themselves), and they had already failed to deliver the goods/services agreed upon in writing (email), now they want to increase the price just because they can. After pointing out, calmly, I might add, no voices were raised by either party, an agreement is considered legally binding when the following qualifications are met (see below), the manager told me if I want to rent it, request and sign the contract for the new amount. I offered to wait while she took the below information back to management to review again or Google details if needed. She repeated the comment about the contract and then hung up on me. "A purchase quote is an offer to sell goods/services at a specific price...It is not a contract until it's accepted by the potential buyer. Elements of a binding contract: 1) A clear quote is provided with an offer outlined. 2) The buyer must accept the offer. 3) Both parties must be over the age of 18 and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. 4) The agreement must not be illegal or violate public policies. Essentially, a quote is not the final agreement however, it becomes a legally binding agreement when it is accepted by the other party and the terms above have been met." read more

They acted like they wanted to earn my business when four other businesses acted like I didn't matter. They helped me decide what to rent and even came out and measured the space. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. Our family has rented many pieces of bouncy equipment from them over the last year or so for birthday parties and holidays, and every time the experience is 10/10. The equipment is always clean and in great shape (everything we've ever rented looks brand new), customer service on the front and back end is friendly and efficient, and delivery/pickup is on time and fast. We recently rented a bounce house for Christmas Day; we wanted to do something extra for the kids since social distancing has been taking a toll. AZ Bounce Pro dropped off a giant new super hero bounce house on Wednesday (socially conscious with masks and distancing) and picked it up the Monday after Christmas for a crazy great price! Easy to operate it, too-- the fan they provide has one button (hard to screw up) and it inflates the house from flat to finished in about a minute. It's a no brainer. I am extremely impressed with the level of service I've received from AZ Bounce Pro. They communicate, are prompt, and reliable. The level of service is everything I ask for from a company. There was a last-minute event I was organizing. I put some feelers out to several companies and within minutes of completing the contact form, I received a phone call. I spoke with Kim who ended up being the main point of contact. She was extremely quick, professional, resourceful and helpful. She assessed our needs, determined what we needed, provided recommendations, and quickly arranged everything I asked. She understood the level of urgency and worked diligently to get our party squared away. I communicated with her via email, text, and phone call, all of which are important since I am oftentimes busy and cannot get to one or the other. The level of customer service and resourcefulness is exception and for that, I am greatly appreciative. The website is extremely informative. They list the items that can be rented and sometimes does provide pricing. Booking and paying was all done online, which made the process even more convenient. Day of the event, I was not there for set-up or take-down, but they do communicate via phone. They set everything up and take everything down. They basically do all the heavy lifting and you stand there to make sure. I didn't think we would have any electrical issues, but sure as day, we did. The company had a back-up generator for us to use. As for the items themselves, we rented the 27' tropical water slide with pool at the end, mega bounce house, and dunk tank. All items were in tip top condition and in working order. (By the way, the water slide was a HIT! It is AMAZING!) I am immensely satisfied by the level of service and product I received from AZ Bounce Pro. Now you're wondering, why the 4 stars when the whole review has been raging about how great this company is. I've attempted to contact them again regarding a future events and have had a hard time getting a response. Great prices, great service, great selection. I found out about these guys because of an event they did for my son's school over at Vistancia Elementary. They have a ton of cool inflatables, my son favored the Farmville one but I called last minute and it was not available. No problem, they hooked us up with an inflatable bouncer with a slide that the kids LOVED! They even brought it out 4 hours early since they were already going in our area. The value was great, I paid $189 for this huge bouncer/slide that I know I have paid more for in the past. My husband and I rented a 'bounce house' from AZ Bounce Pro for our wedding. I called several weeks in advance to ask about set-up, cost, etc. to confirm that they would be able to fit our needs. The woman that I spoke with was helpful, and answered my long list of questions with plenty of assurances. I was told that the company normally arrives several hours early to set up, and needs to tear down by about 10pm. I told her that I needed the rental for a wedding, and asked for a specific time slot to set up (with a window of about an hour and a half-I was told that set up takes only about 20 minutes). I was assured that this was more than fine. We were thrilled. I put down a deposit and confirmed the set up schedule, as this was absolutely crucial to the timing of the wedding. Again, I was assured that this was not a problem. We were told that we would receive a call to confirm everything the day before the event. I didn't receive a call the day before, but I did receive an email conformation. The day of the wedding, I arrived at our venue several hours early to check on the set up/seating. As I pulled up, I noticed the large, noisy bounce house in the middle of the grass at our venue! I was pretty horrified. Admittedly, my fiancee and/or the lady in charge of our venue let them set up-they told him that they had another event to set up in Mesa (our venue was in central Phoenix). When I called them, they said that their scheduled set up was several hours prior to the agreed upon time-whomever had filled out the paperwork for them (the woman I had spoken with earlier) had filled it out totally incorrectly. I was pretty pissed, to say the least, and they were very apologetic. Luckily my fiancee figured that since our guests would be standing for our very brief ceremony, the bounce house could stay, and our sound engineer worked around the unscheduled noise. The bounce house itself was great, and our guests had no idea how narrowly we averted catastrophe. The people that came to tear-down arrived over an hour after their scheduled time. Again, luckily for them, we were still there helping to clean up the venue and remove our decorations. I really wanted to be able to leave a five star review, as initially they were more than happy to accommodate us. Luckily, we were flexible enough to figure out a way to salvage our event and move things around day of. Had we not been, I don't know how things would have turned out. Had they not been able to accommodate us, I would have been much happier knowing that in the first place and going with a different company. I'm still pretty upset that our order was processed apparently incorrectly. I will probably not be a return customer, which is really a shame, as their prices are competitive and the bounce house itself was great. I truly hope that they address the kinks in their customer service/ordering to avert any future mishaps. read more

All I needed was some tables and chairs... I chose to pick up. I pulled up and walked into the office the secretary was friendly. Then I was instructed to Reverse into the open bay and THEY would load everything for me. I pull up to the open bay and the guy who loaded the chairs and tables for me was really nice and loaded my items carefully but quick. I was in and out of there in no time. So a month ago, we booked a water slide through Az Bounce Pro for my daughter's birthday party today. I discussed with the lady that this is her actual birthday, that she wanted a specific slide and I confirmed availability on Labor Day weekend. She confirmed it was available today and told me to quickly return the deposit to hold the slide. I did! Well, they never confirmed, I called yesterday at 4:30 and they had us down for 9/11, even after I discussed with the lady that the party was on Labor Day weekend. They lady had me over a barrel with not enough time to book with another company at 4:45 the afternoon before the party. She ended up charging me $150 more for a different slide, not the one my daughter wanted. And now for the first hour of the party the hose on the slide leaked, spraying our back door, flooding our inside floor and leaving half the slide dry! Not a happy customer. read more

I have always been happy with AZ Bounce Pro and have used them annually in October, but I just called to arrange my event for October and was told that I had to have a minimum order of $500. I asked why there was this change since I have been a loyal customer and never had this issue before and I was told because October it is their busy month they are charging more. I will NEVER work with them again - they are price gouging because they are busy and taking advantage of their customers. My wife planned a casino night for my 50th and it was the best birthday party that I have ever attended. The three man crew was led by a great young man named Nathan and we were absolutely impressed. I have been to similar parties in the past and was never impressed by the quality of the tables. Many times throughout the night I heard people talk about the fact that you could not tell the difference between these tables and casino tables. This was also a great experience for players that have always been too intimidated to play in a casino as the dealers were great teachers. We ordered the dunk tank and it came on a trailer that couldn't fit through our gate. They specified we need to fill it with water ourselves but not the dimensions or opening needed to move it. They would not let us switch it out so we were forced to use it in the front yard, but the kids needed adult supervision so could only use it for a short period of time. Then they came in the middle of the party to pick it up. I argued that I was told they would come at 6pm, not 3pm, so they called someone and realized their mistake and came back. read more

The Combo bouncer I rented for my daughter's party was awesome, and the guys that came to set it up and take it down were great! The only thing I was frustrated about is that when I first spoke to the woman on the phone to book the bouncer, I told her it was at a park and I was told that there was a $40 additional "park fee" because they had to bring a generator for power. When they called to confirm our order 2 days before the party, lucky I asked about them bringing a generator because the woman said she didn't know anything about us needing one, and it would be an additional $49.95 to rent one! I clearly remember having this conversation with her the first time, so I was pissed that they were trying to squeeze more money out of us 2 days before the party when it was too late to find another booking. read more

We rented a bounce house, tables, and chairs for my daughter's birthday party. Have to say the set up crew was pretty awesome. They were fast in efficient. Would've given it five stars but the crew that came and pick the stuff up left my side gate open. Without knowing I let my dogs out when they were done. But a half hour later I went to turn on my water system and saw the gate wide open and my dogs were gone. So I spent a half hour looking for my dogs. Finally found them thankfully they were not hurt. So I called and talked to somebody today about it. I kind a got the impression like they didn't here. All I was looking for that they might want to reminder crews to double check and close gates when they're done. But like I mentioned talking to the person I was I just felt they didn't really care about what happened. Not sure if I will ever use them again. Probably will use somebody else. read more

We rented a dunk tank, cotton candy machine and a sno-cone machine and had a great experience w/ AZ Bounce Pro. This was the first time I ever booked a rental without calling the company-it was all done online. I work long hours so I generally cannot do anything until later in the evening. It was great that I could see the price, read reviews, understand the logistics and book right online. They made it very easy for me. I received an immediate confirmation email, a reminder email a week before the event, and a phone call the day before. Matt and Jason came early to set everything up. It was so hot outside and they still took the time to have everything set up perfectly. They are definitely hard workers! (NOTE: It takes a lot for these guys to set up and take down a large dunk tank-but rest assure they will handle it all and you don't have to worry about lifting a finger). I had several people ask for the name of the rental company and I referred them straight to your website. The prices were about average compared to other companies. I found a place that was a little bit cheaper but I didn't want to sacrifice quality. I am glad I stuck with my decision. The money was well worth it! I highly recommend this company. read more
