We rented a dunk tank, cotton candy machine and a sno-cone machine and had a great experience w/ AZ Bounce Pro. This was the first time I ever booked a rental without calling the company-it was all done online. I work long hours so I generally cannot do anything until later in the evening. It was great that I could see the price, read reviews, understand the logistics and book right online. They made it very easy for me. I received an immediate confirmation email, a reminder email a week before the event, and a phone call the day before. Matt and Jason came early to set everything up. It was so hot outside and they still took the time to have everything set up perfectly. They are definitely hard workers! (NOTE: It takes a lot for these guys to set up and take down a large dunk tank-but rest assure they will handle it all and you don't have to worry about lifting a finger). I had several people ask for the name of the rental company and I referred them straight to your website. The prices were about average compared to other companies. I found a place that was a little bit cheaper but I didn't want to sacrifice quality. I am glad I stuck with my decision. The money was well worth it! I highly recommend this company. read more

This was my first experience ordering a bounce house and I was so happy with how smoothly it went! The bounce house we ordered was reasonably priced compared to other companies when i was shopping around. The company communicated often with me, which made me feel very comfortable. They called the Wednesday before my Saturday party to tell me when the bounce house would arrive. They planned to drop it off Friday night, but when I told them the bounce house would be set up in a common area in our neighborhood, they had no problem switching delivery to Saturday morning. They were on time Saturday when they delivered and the man that set up was so nice and professional. He spent a lot of time cleaning the bounce house once it was set up, which we appreciated as it was a 3-year-old party. The bounce house itself was great quality, smaller than I anticipated, but perfect for 3-year-olds. The slide is a must! They picked up the bounce house at 6PM and again, were very professional and nice. I highly recommend this company and will use them again! read more

We used AZ Bounce Pro for our company event and were blown away by the service they provided us! They helped us with every aspect leading up to our event and even came and toured our facility multiple times to ensure that we were making the most use of the space and that the games would fit. Every time we had a question or needed something we would have a quick response by Tye and his team. Tye treated us so well and did everything in his power to ensure that our event would be successful and amazing! His energy and enthusiasm helped us get even more excited and we trusted that he would give 150% to his work. He stayed throughout the entire event with a couple of his co-workers to help with concessions and games and were there to help with anything on command. We truly could tell that they wanted us to have an absolutely amazing day and they made our end of the work hassle free. DO NOT FALL FOR THE ONLINE BOOKING. We were holding an event, I spent about 45 minutes going through everything on line and requesting a quote. At NO TIME on the website, the quote site, or anywhere did it list that they were no longer allowing quotes for events in October. After clicking on Book This Event, two days later I received a notice from the owner they closed any orders for anymore October events. I was disappointed and frustrated. Then on Friday I get a notice that my event is still active so I thought ok people cancelled and we can now book this event. I alerted everyone and sent an email saying yes, we are interested and want to book the event. Two days later I get another email from the owner saying the rentals are not available and it was an automated response. What in the world? So now, I've wasted all this time and still no rentals. Will not use this service ever and I would suggest you find another company to use. This is not a way to run a business. read more

We used AZ Bounce Pro for my twin daughters' birthday party in March. I thought the website was beyond helpful and one of the better ones out there. I loved that it listed all of the dimensions, had several pictures, and also had videos of the bounce houses so you could see the whole thing (inside and out). We rented the barnyard / little farm - one, and it could not have been more adorable. It was very well maintained and clean, which was a concern of mine. When I made the reservation on the phone, they were very helpful and answered all of my MANY questions. The guys that brought the bounce house were friendly, courteous and best of all - arrived a little early. They also didn't come back until way later (which they of course asked to make sure it was o.k. first)- which meant bonus time for my kids to bounce after the party was over!! We were extremely pleased with this company and will use them, and definitely recommend them, again. read more

AZ Bounce Pro was professional from my initial contact with a sales rep, to their e-mail and phone follow-up the day prior to the event, showing up as promised, and providing adequate personnel for the set-up. This in stark contrast to a different company that serviced a kid's party I attended the following day - that outfit got lost en route to the party, showed up 90 minutes late (22 screaming kids), and they had one guy trying to schlep in the equipment and set-up by himself - less than ideal. The only niggling comment for AZ Bounce Pro was their mandatory minimum charge for my location, which is not listed on their Website. Given how smooth things went, it was worth it. Great experience. First rate all the way. Scheduling was easy, answered all questions, price was on par, setup and teardown were great. We scheduled our son's party at the community center for our HOA, everything was lined up well in advance. One hour prior to the start of the party, I met the 2 young men at the location, only to learn that the community center had just seeded their grass and we were unable to put the bounce house on the grass. The gentleman had already unloaded everything, but with no complaints or issues, they reloaded all the gear, and drove to my house. We had the party in my backyard instead (after trimming some trees to make it fit). Highly recommend, and would use again. We go the combo bouncer with slide inside and the kids LOVED it read more

We hosted a corporate event with over 50 people and Tye was amazing to work with. He was so accommodating, he made sure we had everything we needed and any questions we had he always had an answer! He met with us at the location of the event multiple times, and he was present during our event to ensure that everything was perfect. The full staff of Az Bounce Pro is exceptional! All very courteous, and professional and willing to help in any way. The crew came in early, set everything up, stayed for the duration of our meeting and took care of the take down. We used AZ bounce pro for our company event on 5/15/2013. The staff was great, they had several employees come out and set everything up. We rented thier mechanical bull, photo booth, water slide, dunk tank as well as several of thier tents. Everything worked great, except that the horns on the mechanical bull kept falling off. It didn't effect the ride though. It actually made it a little easier to stay on the thing by holding onto the holes where the horns went. The staff that stayed to work the event were nice, clean and friendly to all of our employees. In short, this is the forth time we rented from them, and we will continue to rent from them in the future. read more

If I could rate 10 stars, I would! AZ Bounce Pro did a phenomenal job with coordinating the fun activities and rides at our evet. The set-up/tear-down crew was on time, friendly, and flexible! Tye did a great job with helping us visualize where every ride and activity was going to be, as well as adapting to necessary changes. Our favorite rides/activities were the Jacob's Latter, Bumper Cars, Spinning Strawberry, and High Striker! We also rented the large tent, which provided great shade and an area to relax and eat. I rented only a cotton candy machine, yet was treated like a king. The rental was just for a Saturday birthday party, however, when I picked up the machine at their warehouse on Friday (the day before the party), they said to return it on Monday--or Tuesday if you can't make Monday. No worries if the company would deliver on time, I had the machine one day early. The equipment was in pristine, clean condition, worked great. The kids loved the State Fair fresh cotton candy. Excellent service and wonderful customer service, they helped me load and unload the machine to my car. read more

Fantastic! They come early, stay late and make every accomodation to make sure your party is a hit. The contact person, Eric, was totally cool and so good with the kids as they asked tons of questions about the inflatable. Truly a great place and the selection of unique bouncers was amazing. THANK you AZ Bounce Pro. My only feedback would be the price when set up at a park - they charge more - even when it is a private park. I used AZ Bounce Pro for my son's high school graduation party. The entire process was extremely convenient and easy. We opted for the bouncy slip and slide, tables, chairs, and a snowcone machine. AZ Bounce Pro was fantastic! They arrived on time and set up in a matter of minutes. The slip and slide added some adult fun in the heat besides just swimming. These guys were great! Their prices were very reasonable, they were on time, and absolutely no complaints. Their selection is great, I did all the ordering online, and they called to confirm. Look at the packages carefully when you are ordering: if there is something you don't need (we didn't need a popcorn machine for instance), you may be better off ordering individual pieces - we ordered chairs and tables separately instead of in a package, and saved money that way. I recommended them to my friends, and they loved it too. Would definitely call them again! read more

I have used AZ Bounce Pro several years now for my daughter's birthday parties and we also used them for our neighborhood block parties. They continue to please us on every event. We always get a reminder call and email w/ confirmation details. The bounce house is always clean and looking new. The staff arrived a bit early so they had to wait to set up on the street. I used AZ Bounce Pro's services for an event I had at a resort. I ordered my package over the phone in less than five minutes, and they provided a 10% discount. They gladly came out to the resort (which was very far West Phoenix) before the event to scope out where the best place would be to set up everything I had ordered at no extra cost. They came 3.5 hours early to set up for the event and worked seamlessly around the chaos of our event. They were friendly, professional and really made our event a smash hit! Fantastic company. Every time I called them they had someone there to answer the phone and speak to me in person (without the annoying menu of button pressing before you find out how to talk to someone). All the staff I spoke to was friendly and knowledgeable, they made the transaction easy. The day before the event one of their staff called me to confirm the setup and tear-down times. I have used AZ Bounce Pro Several times. EVERYTIME the staff is courteous, helpful and down right awesome to work with. We used them for a company picnic, my birthday and my sons birthday. Set up and tear down have always been a breeze. (one kid even stepped in a sweet little present my dog left for him, he just cleaned it off and kept on working) Needless to say I will never use any other company for my party needs!
