At the time I was also moving and I realized that they do moving as well so I hired them for that project as well. Both projects went flawlessly. These guys do great work. The gazebo was installed with concrete footings and placed exactly where I needed it to go (my HOA cares a lot about exact placement.) They were flexible to my moving needs and willing to make an extra stop (some of my stuff was at my old place, some was at a storage unit.) Fast forward a year and I ended up needing to move again. These guys really went above and beyond. The move went long and they stayed laser focused on getting the job done and getting it done the right way. Even after the sun set they were faithfully seeing it through to completion. One thing I'd like to mention is that during the move they don't necessarily know when I'm within earshot in the next room. I consistently overheard their conversations which were genuine discussions on the best way to move things that would result in the lowest risk to damage furniture or the houses. That isn't theater, that is a true dedication to the craft. They were discussing the best way to do the job right - which was rarely the easiest way. And that is a big reason I trust this company so much. Thank you CJ, Amber, and the rest of helping hands for your help. He set up a time to visit our property to give us an accurate quote for a deteriorating fence wall, replacing the top course of a half wall and repairing stucco. His quote was delivered within a day and well documented with what would be delivered. Compared to the other estimates for the same work, Eli was in line with the average pricing. A little bit higher but his professionalism was a clear standout that added to the decision of selecting his company. Eli visited again to do a walk through before we signed off on the plans and payment terms. I greatly appreciated his attention to detail and in person management of ensuring we were all on the same page. He estimated the work would begin in two days and the crew promptly arrived as expected. Despite me asking for an additional piece of work, they finished on time and we're very pleased with the quality of the work. They were incredibly respectful with regular updates, requesting if it was ok to leave certain equipment overnight and keeping a clean job site. We've had other work done where we end up cleaning up after the crew but that was not our experience here. At the end of the project, they power washed everything and walked us through the project to ensure everything was to our satisfaction before final payment.
