Unfortunately, scheduling the adjustment was just as frustrating. After three separate calls to set an appointment, the office finally confirmed a date. On the day of the appointment, the team simply never showed up. No phone call, no explanation, no follow‑up. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Xact Countertop Company. It's also concerning that Costco contracts with this company, given the lack of professionalism and accountability I encountered.

Had 3 companies in for estimates. Ray of Light stood out among the crowd. Had a gut feeling I could trust owner, Mina, plus the online reviews were great and I saw a YouTube Video of co-owner Ray and how the work was done. Mina gave me options- painting existing doors vs new doors with paint, I chose the latter for a more updated look. Ray could have done more work to make my refresh even more fabulous but I chose what was most important to me and put a cap on my spend. The experience was professional from start to finish. I love that they have an actual showroom that I could visit to pick out new doors. I chose a custom paint and they respected my choice of color and sheen. Mina and Seth in the office were always responsive. The prep work by the team of Alfredo, Saule and Rene was top notch, every inch of my space was protected before they started. The work started on time and ended on time. I couldn't be more pleased. FYI- I haven't decided on a backsplash yet, it's going to look even more amazing once I do.

At the time I was also moving and I realized that they do moving as well so I hired them for that project as well. Both projects went flawlessly. These guys do great work. The gazebo was installed with concrete footings and placed exactly where I needed it to go (my HOA cares a lot about exact placement.) They were flexible to my moving needs and willing to make an extra stop (some of my stuff was at my old place, some was at a storage unit.) Fast forward a year and I ended up needing to move again. These guys really went above and beyond. The move went long and they stayed laser focused on getting the job done and getting it done the right way. Even after the sun set they were faithfully seeing it through to completion. One thing I'd like to mention is that during the move they don't necessarily know when I'm within earshot in the next room. I consistently overheard their conversations which were genuine discussions on the best way to move things that would result in the lowest risk to damage furniture or the houses. That isn't theater, that is a true dedication to the craft. They were discussing the best way to do the job right - which was rarely the easiest way. And that is a big reason I trust this company so much. Thank you CJ, Amber, and the rest of helping hands for your help. We scheduled for the same day and Aedan came out. HE IS AMAZING! He's very kind and has a good spirit that portrays his integrity and kindness. He works quickly but very proficiently. We bought the wrong baseboard so he even came out again once we bought the right one. He even checked in our attic to make sure there was no water damage from a previous water leak that we had. As my husband and I are fairly new home owners, we will DEFINITELY be requesting Aedan to come out in the future to help us with some other things we have to fix around the house. My father in law was over one of the days Aedan was here and was so impressed with his work that he contacted airpal (Aedan and other workers) to remodel his master bathroom!
