I informed him via text AND A PHONE CALL that I was not going to wait until Monday and told him that he didn't have the courtesy to call me and that I'd be giving him and his company a bad review. He got angry with me and began yelling, so I had to hang up. I then called 2-10 and got another contractor to respond to my service request.
