Rushed service was never confirmed at the beginning which caused us to double book with another company and it has now been over a month and they still haven't picked up their dumpster. Multiple calls that are never answered, VM that's full and emails that are never replied to. Unprofessional company. Don't risk it, go with someone else. read more

This family business is amazing! We had a job to clean out a two story house. Not only were rhey extremely patient with all my questions, I found that their rates were better than the 3 previous places I called. Plus i booked them for two weeks cheaper than the first places I called and their rates were for only 7 days. Drop off was timely and great and that's where the good ends. It has now been 11 days since our dumpster was supposed to be picked up and no luck. Phone calls go straight to voicemail and emails now getting bounced back. 22 phone calls so far. 13 voicemails and 11 messages on their webpage. No response. Meanwhile I have a full 20 yard dumpster sitting my driveway with HOA notices and not knowing what to do... maybe another company's wants a free dumpster? read more

Delivered our dumpster a day early. They did not deliver it our house, instead it was delivered to a random spot in my community. No one called to check the address with us if there was some kind of confusion. When we called to address the issue no one answers the phone and you can't leave a voicemail because the mailbox is full. Not a good experience. read more
