I'd give negative stars if possible.We Made an appointment for 2pm today (Sat the 23rd of Jan). They never called or showed up. GUess they don't need the business. I don't want to do business with someone who is that rude anyway. Below is my added comment after his reply that it's the customers fault he didn't show up for his appointment. We called after waiting an hour at 3pm. The guy said he sent a text to our number that is our home number. We looked and he never tried to call. No message. He said he called at 11am. My husband was in front doing yard work and nobody from this company showed all day! The message he sent back on here is a lie! First it is not an out of town number it is the number we were given.He never called, said he sent one text to our home phone. He was NEVER here at all. He was not planning to show up at all. He said so. He told us that he was too busy today. However this guy that is too busy on Sat. to call someone or show up for an appointment he agreed to is... checking yelp online today and he sent me an email to this 5 minutes after we posted it. Then also replied on yelp 5 minutes later. He has time to do that. He made another appointment for tomorrow morning then sends a reply here that it is our fault he will not make that appointment either! What a RUDE and horrible way to do business. Not to mention CRAZY! THis was the owner of this business. I'm sure it won't be around long then. Make sure you check things completely before giving your information to someone like this guy who blames the customer for HIM not showing. THen he keeps sending messages and emails yelling at us! He was just not wanting to work this weekend. He is too busy looking at yelp and emailing people. That is a huge red flag because if you start a project with him he most likely will not feel like finishing it and you will have problems. To blame a customer and go this nuts over someone who was just trying to get an estimate...... RED FLAG! If he was on another estimate at 3:30pm..... why is he sending me nasty emails and a reply on yelp from the other estimate. Again, he Nobody EVER called, Nobody showed up here all day, and nobody sent a text, NOTHING..... it is the customers fault the guy didn't show up according to the owner on here........ I think not! RED FLAG! THis man keep sending emails, texts and calls. We only wanted to get an estimate and are glad his crazy came out before we did any business with him! He is crazy talking to a customer like this over an appointment that HE was a no call no show to! I have not replied to his texts,emails or calls. He is CRAZY! Email # 12 At 10 o'clock in the morning I sent you an email that I would be calling you and then at 11:30 till 12:30 I tried calling and texting no one answered so I went on to my next estimate and then around 3 o'clock your husband called so you give me 1 star do you really think that was fair I'll get you for this! (My response)... ? Waited for us?! WOW your nuts. We called you after waiting an hour and you said you sent a text that you weren't going to make it! We rescheduled then you went crazy emailing shame on us for asking why you didn't call or show! How would you know the price of the estimate when you have never been here, never knew what flooring we wanted and have NO idea the size of the room! The last time we got laminate in that room that was cheaper then tile it was $4000! That was from LOWES who is a great company! We thought we may try someone who could move furniture etc. as well. My husband and I decided we were finally going to take the plunge and invest in new flooring for our entire house. We researched and found fantastic reviews about the AZ Floor Company. Every review we read was positive and we wondered could that actually be true? After scheduling an appointment online for an estimate, their Installation Manager, Larry came out with many samples in hand. He was easy to work with and offered solid suggestions for our house that would fit our needs. We picked everything out (wood, tile and carpet) and scheduled for installation. Since we had three different types of flooring three different crews came out to install. Each crew arrived on time, every time and stayed until the job was at a reasonable spot to leave for the day. They were professional and worked hard, cleaning up after themselves and leaving the house as neat as possible; we have two dogs and a cat, so that was important. During the process, Larry stayed in contact, responding to questions within minutes as well as checking in to make sure everything was going as expected. He was fantastic! We love the result! We were preparing a rental property for sale. The flooring throughout the condominium required replacement. I made an online appointment with Larry based on his Angie's List reviews. He came out to the site with a great selection of products. His assistance in choosing the tile and carpet was invaluable. He was quite busy and explained that there would be a delay in starting the installation. With his very competitive pricing, we were happy to wait for the installation. He did have his crew remove the carpet right away so the painters could get in to work. When the floor tile installation took a little longer than expected, his crew worked through the weekend to get it done. He was also helpful in providing suggestions for other areas. He had great ideas, was professional and his prices were competitive. We listed the property and received a bid from the buyer on the same day. The buyer stated he loved the flooring! I have worked with Larry on four home projects and soon to be a fifth. The first place was a condo with out-dated tile and carpet. That was replaced with porcelain tiles and engineered hardwood. The second was an older home that when remodeled need more quality laminate to match what was there and Larry found the last few pallets of this product in the whole country! The third project replaced carpet with engineered hardwood. The fourth project replaced a whole house of laminate with wood-look porcelain planks. Each project was the best price I could find and was completed in a timely fashion. Larry kept on top of the projects and problems were dealt with promptly. As I am now on my fifth project with Larry, I think you must agree that he's worth working with! read more

I am happy that I chose AZ Flooring Company to install both new marble tile flooring and baseboards throughout my 1400 sq. foot house. Larry (Installation Manager) showed up to the estimate with samples of both tile and baseboards- so I was able to make creative decisions right then and there. Also, to its credit AZ Flooring Company was able to start work on the project the very next week. Larry stayed in touch throughout the installation process and returned phone calls (and responded to e-mail) promptly. AZ Floor Company impressed me, I had a few bids and from some aggressive sales reps hounding me about the floor job on my home here in the Troon area. He was greatly priced for the job (5100 square feet), which included natural stone and wood flooring. Larry has unmatched business acumen. There were some issues discovered when the carpet and old tiles came up on this new home we bought, but they were prompt and helpful during the entire process and dealing with any issue, not even any reason to get a ruffled feather thanks to Larry. A few months after purchasing my home, a pipe burst in the floor of my kitchen causing extensive damage. I have had work done so far on several homes I have owned here in Scottsdale over the years and it's a shame I did not find Az Floor Company before now! I cannot recommend them enough, the job done on my new beautiful 3500 square feet of travertine throughout was far better than the original tile job the builder had done! I think flooring is one of the most important features of a home and it's imperative you work with a company like this! Larry came highly recommended and I agree he was fabulous. He was able to accommodate for an evening meeting time and brought quite a few samples. Since the appointment was at my house I was able to see what the flooring would look like against my furniture and in the various rooms I was having done. We recently had two different types of tile installed throughout our entire house. Based on reviews from Angie's list and several other sites we decided to go with AZ Floor Company. After signing up for an appointment on their website I was contacted by Larry within a few hours and he came to our home the following Saturday with lots of tile samples we could choose from. Larry indicated our job was would require approximate 8 days work and the job was actually completed within 7 days. The new tile flooring looks awesome! I would be very weary of letting this Larry Gauthier guy in your house, he has messaged numerous people on facebook recently, harassing COMPLETE strangers, and using racial and sexist slurs, I have never met, or interacted with this man, and I assume he's a bit unstable if he is messaging complete strangers and calling them "F****ts", this is not a stable or normal person, and I would never allow him to enter my house, let alone have my address.. First, Larry took the time and showed me many possibilities for new wood floors for three rooms. I've been very pleased with the color, price and brand he helped me decide upon. Second, care is so easy; just using a dry wipe over and often a Bono spray cleaner. Third, the two men who installed were very professional, efficient, kind and did a fantastic job of clean up. Larry gave me the best bid and helped me select the appropriate product for each house, and the crews were professional and as clean as possible given they had to rip out old tile.
