Bruce called me back and his demeanor changed he was rude and dismissive his exact words were " you asked for an estimate and that's what you got. i don't get into a pissing match with the insurance companies so i gave you want you wanted so good luck". seriously they quoted me for an $18,000+ job and he was just going to walk away from it all because he didn't want to do his job of writing some additional information for the insurance company. Based on prevulious reviews, I contacted R&I…read more They did the work for a more than fair price. they fit and installed a new gas oven and had to piece some of the cabinet material around the oven. The work was shoddy and does not look very good. I ended up getting material to put over it to make it look better. Why did I pay $700 for something I need to fix myself. Also, when I got home and opened the oven door, it nearly fell out of the wall. I called and they said that they forgot to put the screws in and it was not secure. They had to come back and install the screws to secure the oven.
