They managed the teardown swiftly and left the workspace remarkably clean, which was greatly appreciated. Your craftsmen, Alex and Angel demonstrated a level of craftsmanship that is truly commendable. The painters Anderson and Marvin also deserve high praise for their meticulous work. Jose and Luis did a great job on the finishing touches. Fernando on electrical was great to work with, he probably bonded most with my husband, the electrician :). Avi on plumbing played a crucial role in ensuring that all the plumbing fixtures were installed correctly and efficiently. Rodrigo was the BEST tile guy we've ever worked with...we thank him for being so precise and patient. Anna joined the team mid project and she has been great - so responsive to any issues and managing the team and the project. Kelly, the BEST designer and partner to work with. We're not done with you...I can't wait to create more beautiful spaces. You're amazing! Lastly, Manny. Many owners just come by to pick up the check. Manny was available all the time. Period. Checking in always, taking calls, coming up with solutions...just being involved fully in the project from start to finish. That was most appreciated and very rare. We are thrilled with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend your services to anyone looking for high-quality renovations. I had my flooring done years ago and they did a nice job. So I hired them last year to do a full remodel of my kitchen. Again, the flooring turned out great. But the backsplash tile work is horrendous. Especially in the corner where my sink is. They must not have measured properly so every time I open my cabinet door next to my microwave it rubs against the microwave. I'm sure it will only be a matter of time before the paint rubs off. I already have paint chipping off on certain cabinets. During installation of the tile work, the worker walked through my newer screen door and put a hole in the screen. I was told that they would replace the screen. But once the work was done, it was quickly forgotten. I would've called to complain, but when they had already down the demolition they told me they gave me the wrong estimate and wanted to charge me more. I argued with them and ultimately was only charged the original quote but it made me feel as if I were to point out anything I wasn't happy with, they would try to charge me extra so I just stayed quiet. read more

We've gone back and forth on whether to write a review, as it certainly isn't a good one and we don't take these things lightly. However, the work Aromas did on the floors of our home is so atrocious that others should be made aware. We had a pipe break in our home last year and it caused significant damage to the first floor and the basement of our new construction home. On the first floor, one half of the wood floor needed to be replaced (ironically, the poor leveling from the builder allowed for only half of the floor to be impacted). Because we were new home owners, brand new to the area, and expecting our twins in less than two months, we went with the recommendation of a local expert and hired Aromas to do the floor. We continue to pay the price for this poor decision, as the quality continues to deteriorate. The repairs took over a month, and despite a lot of back and forth about mismatched coloring, wood marks, etc., the floors were "completed" with numerous splits and defects. Enough so that the company's owner came out to see the work. While they attempted to fill some of the larger cracks, it was done very sloppily and fixed nothing. What's done is done, but it's shocking to see how one side of the floor differs from the other. Please see the included photos for proof. The difference in quality is obvious and it's unfortunate. In retrospect, I wish they took longer to provide a higher quality product. But more than anything, I wish we never hired them. The floors split more and more every day, and are now becoming hazardous to our small children who are now crawling and running around with bare feet. Be warned. read more

I will start by saying we are extremely happy with our new kitchen and the work that was done. However, the process to complete the job was a nightmare. The communication between workers, project managers, and office staff is nonexistent. We were constantly on the phone trying to figure out what was going on with our project and when workers would be returning. It reached the point where we had to threaten to have someone else finish the job Aroma'z started. Small finishing touches took multiple attempts to complete correctly. I don't know if the job would have ever been finished had we not been on top of them calling constantly to get workers to come out and finish up. Overall, the work was done very well, specifically the tile floors, backsplash, and countertops. You will not be upset with the finished product if you can tolerate the process, but we will not be using them for any future projects due to the lack of communication. read more

Since my Google review was taken down by the company I want to make sure people know about their terrible service. I recently redid my kitchen and got flooring from this company. The owner came to my house, measured and told me how much flooring I would need. After reviewing the estimate provided and realizing that they were charging $150 to move my appliances and charging $2.50 a sq ft to install a CoreTec click floor I decided to have my contractor install it because of the cost advantage. I ordered exactly what they told me and came up 9 pieces short. I contacted them to see what can be done and the very first words out of the salesman mouth was literally "You'll have to pay shipping again" (Shipping was $60 until I argued for over an hour how ridiculous that is at which point they gave me a "deal" and only charged me half) and then he told me it would be another 2-3 weeks for the product to arrive. When I was explaining to them what happened, they told me that because they didn't lay the flooring they were not responsible for the estimate being wrong, claiming my contractor had too much waste. Upon review with the contractor, he had less than 8 sq ft of waste even though the estimate said I would have enough for 24 sq ft of waste. I reached back out to them and was told the same thing ignoring the fact that my contractor had 1/3 of the waste that they were calculating. They took absolutely no responsibility for their miscalculation because I refused to pay $2.50/sqft for install and $150 to move appliances. Absolutely some of the worst service I've ever experienced and will NEVER be shopping here again for anything. Since this review the company has reached out to me to tell me that my contractor should've double checked their measurements. When I explained that I would end up in the same situation that they would still charge me for shipping he said "yes but at least you would know sooner" so they still don't want to stand behind what they tell the customer unless you get the whole project done through them. The blame throughout the conversation was on my contractor and my purchase and never on them. They said if they were short materials they would cover the cost but since I didnt do the work through them they will not take any responsibility. Absolutely unbelievable service which just continues to justify why I would never wish for someone to work with these people. read more

I pick up my floors back in January. When I picked them up, I check the package labeling to ensure it was the exact floor we order. Since I wasn't ready to install them, I just put them away until I was ready. Fast forward to August and I started to separate the patterns of the plank floors. After the 4th box I was beginning to question the floor as it appeared much darker than I remembered. I open the 5th box and saw it was much lighter. I immediately called Aroma'z to let them know what happened. The my had me send them pictures and they got to work. They worked it out with the manufacturer and after several weeks of back and forth between them and the manufacturer, they got me a new batch floors. The team are superstars, craftsman. Full remodel of our family room, including painting, new light fixtures, flooring, all trim. and necessary prep work. We upgraded our stairs and railing from pine to oak including designer spindles. The flooring continue into the living room, dinning room, 1st floor powder room, foyer and upstairs hallway, The flooring was a seamless transition between each room.. Too top it off all woodwork, including trim, and doors we painted. Two stained archways, and family room black beams were stripped, primed and painted. The experience was superior from the time I walked through the doors of Aromaz Cinnaminson store through the whole process. I called the CEO he responded back to me in a prompt timing. Received multiple calls from the sales individual Kevin and the CEO Manny. Nothing was hidden, the estimate created was detailed and received within a few days from the time we meet Manny, CEO, and it never changed down to the final min of the project. They advertise kitchen and bathroom renovations. They are unlicensed to do the electrical and plumbing work. Claudio asked that the I, the homeowner, say I am doing the electrical and plumbing work in order to get permits issued. He said he would have his own workers do the work. If you want untrained unqualified people doing the work behind the walls in your house, then this is the company for you. read more

This company installed carpet in two rooms and refinished and stained our hardwood almost four years ago when we bought our house. The carpet in the higher-traffic room is wrinkled, which leads me to believe the carpet was originally improperly installed. The carpet in the other room is perfectly fine with no wrinkles. Otherwise, the flooring work was done quickly and efficiently. I'd recommend them for hardwood but I'd skip them for carpeting. read more

Worst company we dealt with through our entire remodel. Everything was fine, as you would expect, until they had our money. Reschedule delivery of materials multiple times, workmen left a mess after installation, left us without a toilet for 2 days even after a phone call. After all of this, the product does not hold up and they will not take responsibility. We have 6 inch cracks in 6 month old, maple hardwood floors and dozens of cracked boards throughout our first floor. After months of doing everything they asked and responding to multiple emails and inspections they sent us a letter from a lawyer taking no responsibility. Don't waste your money and time unless you want to get a lawyer like us. read more

Absolutely the worst place to get anything!!! Nothing but problems from day 1. Carpet stretched within two weeks and even after they fixed it Carpet constantly stretched. We were was constantly stepping on nails that were coming up or not hammered in. Nick talks and that's all he does. Blah blah blah. He said that the carpet is high quality as are the"hard wood floors they out down in the dining room. Everything is garbage. We're out thousands of dollars. Carpet and flooring is 5 years old and should have been replaced by Nick years ago. It's disgusting how you're treated. HONESTLY run the other way. You will get better quality and service at your local .99 cent store. That's how bad it is. Don't waste time and money!! read more

I debated between four and five stars on this review. First, the quality of work that we received on the renovation of our home was excellent. The team did an outstanding job of completely gutting and rebuilding our bathrooms and redoing most of our kitchen. Even though Aromaz came in with the highest quote of the companies that we interviewed, we chose them because they offered a project manager to coordinate various facets of the job and subcontract companies with expertise in other areas, such as plumbing, electric work, and floor refinishing. Because this was a huge job, we appreciated this assistance. We truly love the look of our home and would recommend this company to others; their tile is of a high caliber as well. Some mishaps occurred along the way, which is why I debated between four and five stars. Aromaz accidentally left an upstairs faucet running without realizing that the drain stopper was in place. As a result, our newly remodeled bathroom flooded, and the carpet in the room below it was ruined. They dried out the area and re-carpeted the affected room for free, and, so far, all seems fine months later. At least they made up for the mistake in a professional manner. We are able to look beyond this issue, though, because it was resolved and the company took responsibility. Also, the look of our home outweighs this mishap. Aromaz did some beautiful work, and I understand that some mistakes might happen, particularly in a job with many facets and workers. read more

I would highly recommend this company. We had a defect with our carpet (which was only a few years old), they dealt with the manufacturer, and we ended up having all our carpet replaced, and with an upgrade. There were issues along the way, however, they took care of everything with respect and integrity. Since we were having our carpet replaced we decided to replace all of our hardwood and it is beautiful! They care about their customers and the service they provide. They did an outstanding job, and we would use them again. Manny was exceptional to deal with! read more

I wish I could give 10 stars! I was really surprised to see the overall rating at 2 1/2 stars! I have never had a better experience with a company, from start to finish. EVERYONE has been professional, courteous and knowledgeable. You will never meet a more friendlier crew! They installed vinyl planks in the common areas as well as carpet on the stairs in our apartment building. It looks AMAZING, right down to the trim work. The crew were friendly, professional and efficient. AND I didn't have to clean up after them! The cost of the job was very reasonable. We are having them install another floor in a few days. I went to the store to purchase a wall to wall carpet for my family room. We called them with our measurements and obtained a price. They scheduled a person to come out any measure. ( same measurements) and told us the price is now $300.00 more because of how they have to cut it. Picking up my 500.00 deposit today. How can you raise the price after committing to a sale price.
