Taariyq the owner came out for an estimate a few months ago, he was on time (despite a snow storm) and was quick with his communication. Ultimately we decided to go with Elite Flooring because of the price. Let me tell you the quality of job they do is worth every penny. They pay very close attention to all detail and work extremely hard to make sure the work is completed on time. These are the types of businesses you have no qualms about giving your business to. Our roof was installed less than 3 years ago and today's wind have loosened a large portion of the metal cover that was installed on the edge. We are out of town and received calls from multiple neighbors that the roof is "flapping" in the wind". We were told there is a service charge because this isn't included in the warranty. I wouldn't recommend top tier to neighbors but pretty sure no one will be asking who did our roof since they've all now seen this !

He also did all finishing touches including installing the drywall, door, floor tiles, and painting. Then, in our kitchen, we hired Tauhid to install a new kitchen sink and countertop along with a dishwasher. We were so impressed by his work that we then had him re-drywall our living room ceiling and install crown molding. All of the work took many months to complete, and not only was it done beautifully, but Tauhid was amazing to work with and has become a friend who we know we can call on for any small or big jobs that we need. Since that time, we sold that house (I'm sure Tauhid's work helped us get top dollar for our house), and we have since had him install a dishwasher at my parents' home and move washer/dryer lines from the basement to the first floor. All of the contractors I've dealt with with the exception of Beauty Walls - have enjoyed back and forth communication, and being very communicative and clear. Sviat literally told us "I'm not in the communications department" on one of his bad days where he was 'inconvenienced' by having to respond to our emails and requests. He rage deleted our project from his system, and when we asked him about it he said that he let his emotions get the best of him and shouldn't have done it in the moment (see more later). Dealing with him and his business delayed our move in date by a month. A prime example of communications with him will be ie - send email Monday, no reply, we follow up Wednesday, then he replies, then we respond within minutes to hours, and have to follow up again Friday for an update. We were going to try to make it work with him - since he did our floors for another property many years ago and went without hiccup. He emailed us (this is copy and pasted: " I made a mistake deleting that estimate, I started again and I'm not able to overcome my emotions. Sorry I can't do your floors. There are good companies on Yelp.com or Angi.com with trustful reviews. We can do painting for you after the floors are done" I would recommend this business if you are ok dealing with this unprofessionalism and childlike behavior As soon as we moved onto quotes from 2 other businesses, WOW night and day. Very communicative, no babysitting and having to follow up for responses, and even more - wow no complaining about having to communicate?! Bonkers. Such a horrible experience, when I really wanted to initially support an independent family business.

While it was a bit more than another one I got, it included the insulation and drywall on the other side of the brick. He said he would be there at 8:30, and he was there around 8:25 and stayed until 1:30. The cost was what he estimated, and he even pointed my stairs for me and fixed some of the crumbling cement at the base of them while he was at it, which was something I have been ignoring, hoping it would go away, and it, indeed, did! My neighbors are all so impressed with his work too. I will be calling John again if I ever need without any hesitation.
