Everyone that has assisted with our security film install has been courteous and professional. The owner came out for our quote and was very knowledgeable and friendly. We received another quote from a different company and AZ Glass came in slightly cheaper offering all of the same services. The only thing I wish I would have been informed of prior to install of the security film on our slider doors is that the anchoring system is black in color and does not match the tan trim of the slider. I suppose it's something I should have inquired about during the quote process. Otherwise, I am very pleased with the results and do recommend AZ Glass. read more

I highly recommend this company. Everything was very professional from start to finish. We have a large front window that we love to look out but we aren't excited about people looking in. We had Arizona Solar Control Glass Tinting help us choose what film would cut down on the visibility outside while still allowing us to see out. It has been wonderful. Now I don't feel like I am living in a fish bowl and I can keep my blinds open. They also did a west facing glass door for us with a dark tint that keeps out much of the heat. It is so nice that we no longer need a blind on that window as well. The service was excellent. The installer was on time, professional and very thorough. Outstanding -- Tom came to the house to measure and give us an estimate for putting on heat reducing window film. He told us that most of the windows do NOT need film - there were four windows that face west that he suggested would benefit from the film. AZ Solar's price was very competitive with other estimates; but it was the honesty of the company that most impressed me. The installer was here right on schedule; put on the film; suggested that a piece of weather stripping could be re-glued (and did it); and then cleaned up. This is only a minor update -- Weeks after my other post, I finally got them to honor their warranty, and they did fix one window after much discussion about "warranty" and "being too busy..." So my review stands, as they nearly refused to do a single window repair on a new install, new house, of which they installed 45+ windows. As of this writing, I am now, outside of their warranty, and not had any other failures, but I would never return to this dealer, either. read more
