I did a quick google search to find a couple of companies to contact for a quote for tinting some windows in my home. Phoenix Home Window Tinting was my second call, with the idea that I would get a competitive bid to make sure that I was getting a fair price and product. They scheduled my estimate, I left work a little early to make sure that I could be there on time, and unfortunately, they were an hour late. I get business happens, but a call would go a long way to let the customer know what to expect. I did try to call after 30 minutes late to get a status update, and unfortunately could only speak to an AI operator. When the estimator did show up at my house, I had to inform him that I did have another appointment to get to, so I would not be able to do the estimate. While he was not rude, he was clearly agitated with me, when all I did was leave work early to try and get a quote to potential use their business, and was left hanging for an hour with no update. Based off the overall service and attitude of the estimator, I will not be using this company and will continue my search. I see a lot of great reviews for this company, my experience was definitely not of equal experience. I am changing this review to a 3 star from a 1 star because the owner did contact me. We did not come to an agreement about my experience today and I will be continuing my search, but you can tell that she does pay attention to her business and I just want to chalk this up to the law of averages. I do hope that this was the exception, and not the rule and wish them the best of luck moving forward. read more

No need to look elsewhere people - I've already done the homework for you. I am not an easy customer to please but they nailed it! Great service, support, pricing & workmanship but MORE IMPORTANTLY Linda really knows her product & what will perform best for your needs. I was afraid to go with better protection for heat because I was concerned about losing my view. Linda is a no nonsense straight shooter. She said I think you're making a mistake but it's your choice. Once it's up you won't notice the difference & you will be blocking so much more of sun's energy. That is especially important on the "south" windows. I went with her advice & I am so glad I did. She was absolutely correct. Don't be fooled by those little samples. During the consultation, we were promised a privacy reflective film. The installation technician arrived, put up the film, and to my surprise, the film was neither reflective nor private-- you could see through it completely. The installation tech told me that another layer might solve the issue-- it didn't. I was left with a good amount of paint damage to the inside of my home that occurred during installation and a film that didn't do what it was supposed to do. Communicating with the company has been difficult, and I've been told they won't fix the issue without payment for more film. Extremely disappointing, definitely would not recommend. read more

Just got my windows tinted from Phoenix Home Window Tinting. Linda was right on-time for the estimate and super friendly. She took the time to answer any questions I had and made recommendations based on how much sun I wanted to block out in certain areas of the home. The tint they installed in the living room is making a HUGE difference and blocking a lot of heat from getting into the main room of my home. I really appreciated the promptness and cleanliness of the installer and he was even able to accommodate a special request I had to put some semi transparent frost on my entry way windows which was not included in the original bid. Linda came out to my home the day after I called her. She was great, and gave me an awesome quote on the spot. I signed with her, but the builder made me uncomfortable about glass warranty, etc. I ultimately decided to cancel and there was no problem with refund. I will be using them soon, though, as the glare is blinding, and it's true what she said - never have they had to replace a window that was tinted, ever! Having just moved to AZ, we wanted to get some home window tinting quotes. One company didn't call back. One came out and quoted an outrageous price and couldn't actually schedule it for 4 months and was willing to offer a 25% discount if I waited. I found Phoenix Home Window Tinting on-line and called them. They answered the phone, were highly professional and promptly scheduled an appointment. Linda came out to the house on-time and on schedule and was incredibly knowledgeable. She knew her stuff and quoted the entire house at HALF the price a competitor had quoted using the same film. She was able to schedule it for the next week. We were _supposed_ to have another quote done the next day from a different installer but we cancelled that and wrote the check to Phoenix Home Window Tinting right then.
