This service was as good at it gets. The set-up crew (two workers) arrived in the first part of the window that they said they would. They were friendly and seemed happy to get the inflatables up and running. We rented the Sports Club Bounce House and Adrenaline Rush Obstacle Course. They were exactly what we expected, clean, and tons of fun. This alone would have merited five stars! Then, though the set-up and clean-up times had been clearly communicated to me, I still gave a call at the end of the event to see if there was any way someone might be able to come sooner to pick the inflatables up since the crowd had cleared sooner than expected. Someone from AZ Inflatable Events arrived so that I could leave the park, and I was surprised to see it was not the clean-up crew! I believe it was someone from the office or who was supposed to be off duty, as they were going to wait for the clean-up crew to arrive for me. It was incredibly kind, above-and-beyond customer service. Arizona Inflatable Events will always be my first resort. read more

WOW, so happy with this company. They made my daughter's party a smashing success. Excellent prices for what you get; we rented 2 tables, 12 chairs, a bounce house, snow cone machine, and splatter painter for the whole afternoon for just $200. I was very happy with the service from the office folks who first answered the phone when I called to the drivers who set up/tore down the whole enchilada. It rained the day of our event and the staff went out of their way to email 2 reminders about the weather policy and check in with me 2 times by phone to stay in touch regarding our plans in light of the weather. I am so thrilled I found this company and will definitely be using them again for our next event. Very quick responses throughout the whole rental process, patiently answering my questions and adjusting my order. Highly highly recommend. read more

Though we have used this company for some years for events related to our church, our recent experience will see us not use them again. While we realize the contract says "we will return SOMETIME after your event to pick up equipment" the driver/delivery person told us they would be back between 9-9:30 pm; our staff had to remain on site until well after 11 PM. A simple call on their part might have mitigated the frustration, but our having to "track down" the driver/delivery person and get nothing but "I'm sorry we are late" is not the way to professionally operate a business; it took all the "fun out of our fun"! PERFECT!!!! We rented the 'LIL SURF' water slide for my sons 6th birthday party yesterday. The delivery guy was right on time to set up. From the phone call to reserve it (her name was Amy) , to the set up and take down everything was 5 stars!!! We will be definitely renting from this company again. Oh then when I called I spoke with Carrie who claimed us parents and I am are "racists" and thats why he acted like that..Um OK lady. Tim (the owner) says he has scolded employees involved, but won't refund money for this debacle. I told him he can expect backlash and he was acceptable to that.. So do not ever use this company. They clearly lack in the customer service department, clearly their employees aren't suitable for children and to communicate with other humans...... THere is no space to leave zero stars.... read more

I called and scheduled my daughter's party with their bouncy/slide, tables, chairs, and games. On the day before the party my HOA decided to lie and say that they didn't receive the insurance certificate from Arizona Inflatables. When I called and left a message as well as an email about this issue, (on Valentine's day after 8 pm). They called me right away to resolve the issues. That alone really impressed me that they would go out of their way to make things right and help resolve the issue. The day of the party, they arrived on time, got everything set up, and came back in time to take things down and to take it away. The bouncy was in excellent condition and the portable generator lasted through the party without a hitch. Only thing that bothered me was that couple of the chairs were a bit dirty but that could easily be missed since they are folded and stacked. read more

I've ordered party items from them twice now and just love the service, items available and prices. They have great communication, deliver and pick up on time and the rentals are great quality. They are great at suggesting items based on ages and type of event and always get it really right. This last time we did the carnival games package for my son's 7th birthday and it was the best party we've ever had.
