This was my first time renting a big inflatable and IT WAS AWESOME! They showed up on time, set everything up and it was actually bigger and more exciting than I expected. I got texts to communicate all the instructions, I was always able to get a hold of some one or got a call back in just moments for all my questions (and I had a lot of newbie questions). Even after hours there was a staff member who called me back!! We had light attendance at our party due to a miscommunication and so I rounded friends and family for the following day and called John to explain the situation and he said our inflatable was not reserved for the next day and he gave me a fantastic rate on a second day which turned out great! I had a great experience with Bounce Then Slide. I was given their information last minute by a relative to rent chairs and tables. Unfortunately this was a gathering at my aunts funeral service. We were having relatives come over to her house to share food and stories. I did not think I was going to be able to get chairs and tables last minute. However when I sent a text message I got a response letting me know that they would look into it. I ended up speaking to John was very accommodating and sent replies back to me via text and email. He was able to coordinate a drop off for me the next day. I also had to change the time for drop off and they were able to accommodate me. I was very stressed out this day considering all the running around that I have to do. I really appreciate their attention to Customer Service and to help me in this time of need. AMAZING!! I was so happy with the personable fast and friendly service, the ease of the transaction and above all...THE PRICE!! In the past, I have rented bounce houses for several of my kids birthday party's and when they gave me a price quote I thought I misheard?! Not only did they work with our limited backyard space, but they were so friendly about trying to find a way to make it fit AND make it safe! In addition, the kids were having so much fun in the hour they were supposed to come and pick it up, I requested to keep it for a few additional evening hours and the response?? NO PROBLEM! We rented a bounce house for my daughter's birthday. They messaged me a day ahead of time to let me know it was calling for rain. They asked whether I was still interested in having the bounce-house delivered. I said yes because in Arizona, the chance of rain is sometimes unlikely. Unfortunately this was not the case, it did rain and it poured the majority of the day. However, John was kind enough to leave the bounce house with us for an extra day so we would get our money's worth out of it. Now that's great customer service. AND....The guys literally came to my house in the morning and set up that bounce house in the pouring rain with smiles on their face happy to do it. Recently moved to AZ and rented a bounce for for a party from these guys and I have to say they are Great. My GF did not like the position of the jumper so they moved. The jumper had a little grass from the night before they said it was picked up late at night so they cleaned it when they set it up. (They did warn me the jumper I wanted was going to be picked up from another party then brought to me). What I appreciate most is not only did they vacuum it out but then they sprayed sanitizer and wiped the whole thing done amd it smelled and looked Amazing! read more
