After speaking to Maria on the phone, I was really amazed on her knowledge of how they clean and restore floors, etc., Because of that phone conversation, I asked her to come and check our tile floors and shower. Manuel and Maria came to our house and checked everything and explained to us what was needed to be done. They came back a week later and cleaned, replaced and restored the grout on our floors and our shower. They worked so hard, made sure that all the floor tiles, quartz and granite countertops were sparklingly clean and grouts were perfect plus the baseboards clean. They protected the furniture that couldn't be moved and cleaned all the floors, even the carpets in our 2 bedrooms. The Lazona team is AMAZING!!! Our son's house needed a professional cleaning and I couldn't believe the difference. He wanted a thorough clean before putting his house on the market.
