Do NOT use this company. Poor work, unresponsive and dishonest. We hired them to wash our windows and screens and power wash the patios and house. They washed the windows but that's all they did. No screens, no patios, no house. We paid them for the windows and screens (which we thought had been cleaned), assuming they would return to finish the job. They finally came back a week later and started to wash the patios, but in the middle of the job they informed us that we would have to pay for ANOTHER window cleaning since the patio washing was hitting the windows. We had them stop, and I contacted the company. They said they would call us back. They did not call, so we called them again two days later. They said they would call us back. They did not. We tried calling a third time again to no avail. Nothing. We want to work something out, but they do not return our calls (after promising twice they would). There are lots of options. What can't these guys do? I saw a post yesterday of the monsoon and they stated job security. lol I laughed. I show up to work this morning and my temp banner was almost blown away last night. So I was like hmmm who to call. They answered at 7am and was here by 8:15 and competed by 8:25am this morning. I love small biz. True hard working individual who care about the customer experience. I am writing this review subsequent to leaving 2 messages for Jeremiah, as well as putting a note for him to call me, in with my payment, yet, 5 days later, still no communication. Therefore, i need to make public, what should have been private. I used them when they were first starting out. Attention to detail was excellent and work was thorough. Last week they did the windows at my home, and much to my dismay, all did not go well. The Tech, Cole, could not follow simple instructions, and was on the phone 90% of the time he was here. Additionally, several windowsills had puddles of water left on them, which i dried, as his rag was dripping wet and could no longer absorb. I actually gave him 2 more micro cloths to use, which he took with him. Several of the window tracts also had puddles and made MUD, which was also left. Insult to injury, he actually stepped in one of our bathtubs with no towel under foot, or booties, and left several dirty shoe prints. These may be things which some home owners do not recognize, but when you are paying $220 for 2 or 3 hours of work, it needs to be done JUST SO, or what is the point!! We filled out the detailed quote form, got an acceptable bid, and scheduled two weeks in advance. Despite getting a text confirmation the morning of service, no one showed up. After a few calls over the next day or two to ask what happened we were told that this was due to illness. Appreciate that a small business might be impacted by someone being out but getting no notice that there was an issue and no call back until late the next day was disappointing. Jeremiah was exceptionally professional and ethical from start to finish. He accidentally scratched a film on one of our large windows and, as soon as we brought it to his attention, he immediately said he would get the film replaced. As the film was large and the price he charged us to clean the windows was very reasonable, I'm sure he lost money on us. However, Jeremiah was nothing but kind throughout the film replacement process and got everything taken care of quickly (and by the insured/licensed company we used to do the work in the first place which was appreciated even though there were probably cheaper options out there). Given the way that Jeremiah conducted himself when there was an issue and how nice the rest of our windows look we would not hesitate to use South Mountain Window Cleaning again. read more

I am happy to report that these guys went above and beyond for my house. They were punctual, efficient, friendly, helpful, and thorough.
