It was clean and organized. I was greeted by a young man who was really nice. I informed him I was a new customer and he provided me with a 5% discount for being new. I had 28 pieces that I brought and the totals with the monthly special was around $99. After waiting 5 mins for someone to come up to the front, the manager Bill came to the front to greet me. Upon seeing my bag of dry cleaning he says, "that's it, I don't know if I will be able to handle all of that." I replied, "Oh, I can take it somewhere else." To which he replied, "Oh, you must not be from around here." I said, "No, I am from here. Actually, I will take my business elsewhere." Bill replied, "Okay." I came back to the dry cleaner 20minutes later to get the owner's name and number, which Bill would not provide to me.
