People with appointments or walk ins can check in at one of the kiosks in the lobby. You then will be directed to which line to wait in. (A B or C) I was called to the counter at 9:26 am and left the building at 9:39 am. Carmen was knowledgeable and kind. She reviewed my documentation, I signed the paperwork then she took my photo.Completed, in record time! Now I'm hoping to see if USPS comes through just as efficiently. ;)

The entire process took about five minutes, start to finish. I almost couldn't believe it. Drew was completely on top of things helpful, efficient, and clearly paying attention to the flow of customers. What really surprised me was the lack of a line. This location is usually extremely busy, but on this particular visit, most people were on the ID and driving test side.
