They are not upfront with what it is the service is .. I came in to purchase a part for my truck and they pulled off selling me a part pulled out of a scrap yard.. I made it clear with what I wanted and they did the opposite. There is no refunds with these people only exchange for other crap they have to offer so either way you are screwed. When they decided to change the part for me I noticed and realized an original part of my truck was taken out and replaced with the junk part which could have been left.. What I paid didn't hurt, But I rather expose the unprofessionalism and simply take your money elsewhere.
