Before tree delivery I asked what kind of warranty there would be given as it was a transplant. Jason said "as long as I don't come out and find it bone dry there would be a warranty." The tree has not survived and they are now unwilling to honor their word and make it right. On top of that, 3 yards of conditioned garden soil was to be delivered. Instead we received practically mulch with trash in it. The delivery truck also drove in our grass and left a 15 foot trail of diesel in our grass and all the way down the road. The grass died and had to be replaced. Stay away! Very very dishonest company.

I stayed at home and rearranged my schedule with 2 young children waiting for them to make their scheduled appointment. They lost out on significant business because they are rude, inconsiderate and couldn't be bothered to show up. I would give this company 0 stars if I could.
