Despite paying them in full, a…read morestaggering $21,680, for what was promised to be a professional and satisfactory wall installation, they left the wall INCOMPLETE, failed to meet the necessary building codes... and worse!! Progreen had not worked with a qualified engineer for the project, even though large walls exceeding 4ft in height require expert engineer guidance throughout the construction process. Our wall is 6 ft high and 71 feet long. Progreen texted that an engineer was not involved and proceeded to write that an engineer did not have to be involved-- demonstrating ignorance of code and raising huge liability issues Adding insult to injury, Progreen disregarded the approved design that was agreed upon by both myself and documented on the site plan and instead installed a completely different shape of wall without permission. This alteration not only violated our agreement but also raises serious concerns about their integrity and credibility as a company. When confronted with the issues raised by the inspectors, I reached out to Progreen in search of answers and resolution. Shockingly, their response was rude and dismissive and bordered on gaslighting. They dared to label our valid concerns as "crazy" before abruptly cutting off communication entirely. In light of these appalling circumstances, I strongly advise anyone considering hiring Progreen to hire someone else. Their lack of professionalism, inability to meet code requirements, and willingness to alter approved designs (without any communication, discussion, or approval) demonstrate that they are an unprofessional and unsafe company.

The grass looked great for a couple weeks but then I noticed some areas that were getting matted and starting to look bare or were constantly saturated. He came back by to give me an estimate for our front yard and take a look at what was going on in the backyard. That was the last of consistent communication. It took 3wks to get the estimate for the front yard. By that time the back had even more bare muddy patches. I have reached out numerous times via phone, text, and social media and have been completely ghosted by Julian. We spent thousands of dollars to try to create a nice play area for our son, and now we are going to have to spend thousands more to basically redo everything because these guys don't have the integrity to actually take care of their clients. We were very unhappy with the work Razor Sharp Landscaping did for us. We hired them to grade,…read moredump, smooth out topsoil, and roll seeded straw with netting in our back yard. Our lot did not get completely graded and smoothed. This left a lot of weeds, and the ground is rutty and choppy. There was miscommunication between the worker and owner. We were transplanting 4 small fruit trees and 2 small bushes. The worker dug up and threw away the fruit trees. He did transplant the bushes but did not use good soil or fertilizer (he just dug a hole and put them in there), plus they are crooked. Needless to say, one of the bushes died. We were to get 6 loads of topsoil, but only got 2. They were to dump it on a tarp, but instead dumped it on a nice grassy area, which is now clumpy and a big mess. In addition to this, the owner backed his truck with trail onto our nice front lawn and left 10-12 feet tire ruts. The owner did come back out and made sure that the rolled straw with seed was completely covering the lawn. Because the straw was freshly put down, you could not see the poor grading and smoothing job the worker did, so it was too late to do anything about. He also came back and put dirt, seed, and straw in the front lawn where he backed up his truck. The worker also left our driveway a big muddy mess. We asked they come back and power wash it, which they did. The owner did reimburse us for the fruit trees, and he took off one of the loads of dirt. But our yard is still a mess! I feel like I need to hire another company to do a better job. This company does not know how to professionally do landscaping. I have since been told that you want to transplant trees in the Winter (they should have known that). They should have also known to used good soil and fertilizer to transplant bushes. Lastly, landscapers should know to never drive over a customer's nice front lawn.

Can't say enough good things about our experience and the company…read more Our neighbor was getting a tree between our houses cut and we asked for the companies contact info a day before they were about to come to see if they could cut a tree for us as well while they were out. They responded quickly and when they came out the next day they confirmed they would be able to cut the tree. We asked for some additional work of trimming some trees that had branches looming over our house on the other side and they were able to get it done as well. Their pricing seems very fair in comparison to what other companies would charge. For one very tall oak tree to be cut, we paid $1200. Alex and his crew, they worked with another company called Alpine Tree Service, were able to safely cut, remove and do some trimming for us. Along with blowing away saw dust upon completion of the work. I'd highly recommend them and use them again. We got $100 off our tree service total due to a discount we came upon their website that offered that price on services $600+.

Instead of negotiating the price of the job, the owner of the company simply drove away. A day off from work and completely inconvenienced. Next time take photos of the job and run the estimate by the people who make those decisions before committing to doing the work.
