I wasn't going to leave a review, but I kept getting emails and texts asking me to leave one. I did write back and tell them I was unsatisfied, but they ignored my email and kept sending more review requests, so here we go; They didn't wash all the windows they were supposed to, and didn't replace the screens on the ones they did. Also found A LOT of leaves in the gutter spouts they supposably flushed. Obviously didn't respond when I emailed them about it. read more

I am extremely impressed with the job LCS did. I needed the house pressure washed so started my search. I found they not only did pressure washing, but gutters and roof cleaning... literally a one stop shop! Getting a quote is quick and easy, and they are very prompt with responding. Once you decide to go with their team, they are quick with getting you scheduled... you don't even have to be home. I was hoping to get the outside spruced up a little and when I arrived home, the house looked brand new! The roof, gutters, driveway and house were so clean and the white was brighter than I had ever seen it. I am very happy with LCS. I have been in dire need of a good power washing for my patios, driveway, house, and needed my gutters done too. I saw this place on Yelp, and decided to chance it. They came quick, the same week I called, and I didn't even need to be home. I know how badly this stuff needed to be done, and I wasn't expecting perfection because it had been way overdue. They really did a great job, and were reliable, fast, and the value was fantastic! I'm honestly not sure how much it should cost, but the other company quoted me way higher, and that was before even coming out to give me an estimate. They just said their prices started out at such and such. Also, I love that this is more of a one-stop shop. They handle the gutter and power wash as well, where as the other places I called did not do both. I was thrilled with the job done, the promptness, the service, and the fact they offered me a price before coming out, saving the time of an estimate hassle.
