Instead of giving me my .50 back (I already put my clothes in another dryer), she started the dryer and it ran, loosing my .50 cents. The app! It said to download the app for a free wash. You would have to load funds in order to get the free wash. No thank you! Spent .25 for every 5 minutes to dry. The dryers weren't drying well, so I spent $2 to completely dry each small load I had.

When I got up to the counter I instructed her on how I wanted my shirts and she rung me up. I learned really quickly that you have to pay in advance which is not a problem for me, but seemed strange. I also discovered this place only accepts cash!!!??? In this day and age who doesn't take credit or debit cards?? I didn't have cash so the manager intervened and said she would go ahead and process my shirts as long as I came back with payment. I rushed out to the nearest atm and got the cash returned and paid in full. My shirts were ready the same day at about 5:30 and looked great! I was really please with the results so it kind of washed out the fact they only accepted cash. I will probably use them again, but they should look into catching up with the times and get a card machine as about 99% of the population uses credit or debit cards for purchases.

Only thing you should really know that I didn't know is that on the dryers, the last 3 minutes of your time is a cool down period. So if your clothes are still wet, you should put more quarters in it before it gets down to the last 3 minutes because it isn't drying your clothes during that time.
