I had the rice & beans on the side. I would've opted for no drink, but Hubz grabbed the included water. My preference is the chicken, while Hubz enjoyed the BBQ Pork. Anyways, I'm glad I finally made it in to check things out. On my first visit I snagged a half-chicken, some fried Mac and cheese balls and a breakfast sandwich. All were stellar. On my latest visit I got their pulled pork mojo special which was nicely done, along with two quarter chickens-dark. Staff has been super friendly on each visit and the place is spotless. They serve my hot and tired teenagers with a smile. Teenagers can make some crazy combinations but pineapple is still my favorite. Pinky's is also big about giving back to their community. Before we bought it, we asked the lady if she would be there all day...that we had a late game and wanted to make sure. She told everyone yes, that she would be there until the end. Well, when our game ended... guess who wasn't there? Had we known she was going to dip out on everyone, we wouldn't have overpaid for the shaved ice. We will not spend our money here again.
