I have never met another healthcare provider that fails so spectacularly at providing basic care to their patients. If you're lucky, her office staff might even direct you to get your meds refilled at an urgent care out in Sylmar, just for you to drive all the way to said urgent care and be told that they don't do med refills! The office staff also excels at the art of the "gen z stare," it's truly impressive. Not to mention their talent of reciting "I'll write a note for the doctor" each time you call and ask when your meds will be refilled, after putting you on hold for 30 minutes. Don't even get me started on Dr. Gaboian's bedside manner at appointments. What they don't tell you is that your doctor's appointment is actually a training session for a nurse practitioner. The NP in training will conduct your appointment while Dr. Gaboian instructs and corrects them, pretending you aren't there. So don't make the mistake of showing up with any serious concerns to discuss with your doctor, lest you rudely interrupt the training session! All this to say, I absolutely recommend Dr. Gaboian to anyone who wants MORE stress in their life! Also, while googling her name to post this review, I found a legal document from when Dr. Gaboian had her license suspended by the Medical Board of California. Remarkable! So thanks a bunch there Adventist. 2. I did file a grievance with Health Net. As soon as Health Net contacted the practice, just like magic, my phone started ringing and NOW I was getting follow up phone calls from the office staff. 3. Magically refills of my medications were sent to CVS- shocker. 4. These people straight up LIED to Health Net saying they did contact me about their new policy and that I needed to come in person to see the doctor to refill my medications, THIS IS FALSE. I called and left multiple messages and wrote on the online portal, and not until I actually contacted my insurance did this office do anything. I have dates and timestamps.. this office is not getting one over me. I have my proof. So honestly, spare yourselves from Adventist and this medical group. They can lie all they want, but I work in compliance and mental health care and this is complete FRAUD!

They're so hard to get a hold of and after two weeks of waiting and attempting to contact them after my appointment I found out they ran the WRONG TEST. And when I told them it was wrong they insisted it wasn't and that it was "the same thing" as what I requested- I knew that was NOT the case but decided to verify by googling it and a SIMPLE GOOGLE SEARCH proved them WRONG! A complete waste of time and money! Impossible to get ahold of and incredibly incompetent staff. I'll definitely be disputing ANY charge they attempt with my insurance and will be reporting them to my insurance and whatever other entity I can because this is NOT acceptable! Honestly if they had just been more responsive early on I wouldn't be this riled up but since they kept me waiting for TWO WEEKS and I was unable to get ahold of them I'm so riled up.
