It took 11 minutes for me to get that. There was one other person's order in front of me, and three people behind the counter... I don't know if they just have one person on one specific task at a time but I strongly feel it should not take 11 minutes to get a plain butter bagel. I honestly started thinking they were just making the bagel from scratch right in front of me. Now the bagel itself was actually really good. Nice and soft, not hard to chew like other places. The butter, however, sucks and is flavorless. The girl behind the counter was really pretty and sweet and handed me my order. And honestly the inside is so beautiful. I know I'll be coming here again and for that and my past positive experiences, I rated it 4 stars.
