I can't thank Nadeera enough for the care and compassion she put into creating two absolutely stunning flower arrangements. I wanted to send something meaningful to two dear friends who had just experienced the heartbreaking loss of their daughter and sister. Nadeera not only understood the sensitivity of the situation, but she went above and beyond to ensure that both arrangements were beautiful, elegant, and delivered on the same day. Her kindness, attention to detail, and professionalism brought a small measure of comfort during an incredibly difficult time. I'm so grateful for her service and would recommend her wholeheartedly.

Azelly is amazing in so many ways, prepare to read my dissertation on why. I am picky. I like a luxurious bouquet that has premium flowers usually, since I am not a fan of most filler flowers and I have particular taste in what flowers I think are beautiful. I have had awful luck with florists in Arizona. Most of them have provided the same type and quality of flowers you can get at the grocery store. Even when ordering from premium vendors, nothing but disappointment. Anyway, my husband did some research and found Azelly. From my understanding, he collected a list from me of what flowers I like and what flowers I would prefer not to have in my arrangement, and was in consistent communication with the owner to get it right for Mother's Day. Boy, did Azelly deliver! Not only did she go to extreme lengths to try and get basically every flower on my "love" list, she personally delivered it to my door both times we have used her so far. The macarons are super delicious especially the raspberry and pistachio ones. The flowers are so fragrant, and she really loads the vessel up with soooo many stems. I work in luxury travel and concierge and it's so hard to find vendors who deliver on their promises. I've actually had clients of mine be upset about arrangements they've received that their loved one spent a premium on, and I've been embarrassed by that because I picked it out! You won't have that experience at Azelly, no way, no how. Photos attached are 3 of the 4 Azelly arrangements I have received from them, not sure what to label them as, since they were somewhat custom.

I picked Azelly out of florists in the area with a large number of 5 star reviews on Yelp and they did not disappoint! I wanted to send a friend something of a 'thinking of you' and I loved that Azelly's website was easy to navigate and had some different options. I chose the "Peach Sorbet" with pretty but subdued peach and white colors (perfect for a lot of occasions) that comes arranged in a box with macaroons. Well, as I ordered, I selected Google Pay and it automatically entered my address as the delivery!! Yikes. Well it was 8 PM and I thought I would call and hopefully leave a message as there wasn't an email on the website. After initially reaching an automated answering service, I pressed a button and spoke to a live person. I think it was the owner and I felt a little awful about having interrupted her life at 8 PM but she was really nice and ensured the correct delivery address was planned. She also called me back the next day to confirm delivery, and my friend loved the flowers. She sent a photo and they looked just like the website. Fresh flower deliveries are never cheap, but I thought this was an excellent value. They had options across price ranges and really pretty options that were different than what I've seen on other sites -- and actually pretty and tasteful non-flower options like the beautiful macaroons. Absolutely recommend and would use again! read more

I came across Flower from Lover while looking for a florist to suprise my wife on our anniversary. I called Nadeera and she was really helpful over the phone and walked me through few different arrangements they have. I choose Maya arrangement as it had Lilies and my wife loves Lilies. She send me a link to her webpage right after we had our over the phone conversation. She was very quick on responding to my quesrions via text. Fast forward today, wife got the arrangement with macaroons. She absolutely loved it. Flowers where fresh and the arrangement looked beautiful. It's a refreshing take on just sending flowers. When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again. Edit: I've also included the pink bouquet I purchased from Imagine Flowers (Scottsdale) at the same price, delivery included.

I understood that repairs would take time, but after hearing nothing for several days, I followed up on Thursday simply to ask for the clasp back. Rachel was apologetic, and while I appreciate that, the level of communication and customer service did not meet what I would expect--especially after I shared how upsetting this situation was. A brief midweek update acknowledging the issue and explaining next steps would have gone a long way, but instead I had to initiate every follow-up. Rachel did offer to reimburse the cost of repairing the necklace, but the most difficult part is that I was never told what happened to the heirloom until I discovered the damage myself. That lack of transparency is deeply disappointing. I called Nadeera the owner to know about the available flowers for same-day delivery and she suggested me to go with lilies and roses in a beautiful arrangement with the most romantic name I ever heard "I lily love you". She texted me a link to their website with this product and explained how to place an order. I requested a guaranteed delivery at 3:30 and although they don't deliver at specific time, she was so nice and promised that the flowers would be there on time.
