I'm in Cali and it's my cousin's birthday in AZ and I wanted to find the perfect flowers to send as a surprise. By the time I did my research most places couldn't do same day delivery. So I decided to find something close to her and hoped that they would accommodate me. The sweet lady who answered said yes with no hesitation and made my day. Honestly I had low expectations because I usually had bad experiences with flower shops. I told her I wanted a box of flowers and gave her my budget. I did ask if she could include some peonies and make it pink. She told me what she would include also and with those in mind, I figured they would look decent enough to make a girl happy. As the hours flew by I got worried since it was past their closing time and it wasn't delivered yet. I figured I would call them to see if they even answered and they did. She told me they were on the way over and they even made sure she got them by calling her. I can't believe the owners went out of their way to deliver them to her! They totally went above and beyond. Did I forget to mention how amazing and grand the flowers were!??! They were so fresh and beautiful that it made the birthday girl awe in amazement. Not only was she amazed, I was too. Fabulous experience! Little hole in the wall florist with amazing customer service. I ordered a large Mother's Day bouquet with only 3 days notice, and they were happy to make it happen. We showed up about 30 minutes early to pick up, and they were closed for lunch. They unlocked the door and let my son and I come inside early, then they even helped carry the bouquet out to the car so I didn't have to wrangle the baby and flowers at the same time. The employee requested tulips, they associate said they don't have tulips , but they have something very similar. Based on Yelp reviews, I selected AG Flowers to create something special for a relative's funeral. I called and asked them to modify a few arrangements I saw on their website to meet my needs. They crafted a beautiful, large arrangement comprised of purple irises, purple hydrangeas, white oriental lilies, white gladioli, lavender roses and ivy--- a nod to the Chicago Cubs. I called up A2Z Flowers for Mother's Day flowers for my Mom who lives in Gilbert. The flower shop is also in Gilbert. On the phone, the woman rushed me and was half listening to me but I went ahead with my order because the arrangements online looked nicely put together. She tried to charge me quite a bit extra for delivery, but I asked her why it would be so high if she's in the same city, so she went down on price. We settled on delivery for Saturday 5/9. Half way through the day, the flowers never showed. When I called back in, she backtracked and told me it either would be Saturday or Sunday and to text her the information on my order? huh? Shouldn't she have my order info? I told her I paid her for a Sat delivery and a service, I expect her to follow through with the service I paid for. She said, okay. The flowers never came Saturday. I called her around 9p and she still didn't remember my order with my name and the address. She also gave me a pretty bad attitude and told me I should relax and give her some leeway since it's Mothers day and the covid thing.. I told her, no. If there was going to be an issue, I should of known that before she took my money when I could make a decision to go with her or not. She asked if I wanted her to bring it now (9p) then admitted she was working on it then instead of it being in the delivery truck she told me earlier in the afternoon. I told her to bring it Sunday in the AM but that I was extremely unhappy with her service. The flowers were pretty and fresh. Not great though, for the price I paid. Long story short, they need to work better with their organization and also their customer service. I will not order from them again. read more

I didn't think that would be too much to ask. But apparently it was. I had to repeatedly call the A2Z to request updates (the delivery was 2 DAYS LATE) because they wouldn't return my calls. They said they took pictures so I could choose from 2 Azaleas. They never sent any pictures. A2Z's excuse: We are too busy to respond because it is Mother's Day. I live in Orange County, Ca and found this floral shop on Yelp and it seemed to have good ratings and nice photos so I gave it a chance. I called to order some flowers for the arrival of my cousins new baby boy at Chandler medical center. The lady on the phone sounded nice and said if I trusted her she'd make a really nice "baby boy" flower arrangement, and I asked that she use blue and white flowers. I had called at 9AM and not only did they finally get delivered much later that evening that day, but she made the arrangement with sunflowers and small purple flowers (see sad photo). The arrangement was $65, plus a balloon and delivery, ended up costing me about $90 dollars. It's a shame that places like this take advantage of people who may not know flowers, because if you did you would know that sunflowers are extremely cheap flowers and not to mention yellow and purple don't exactly scream baby boy. What she doesn't know is that my mother is a Florist and I am an Event Coordinator so even if I didn't tell her exact Flowers, my "trust" from one vendor to another vendor in this industry was an epic fail. I walked in on January 24th to purchase some tall flowers with a lot of greenery. She let me walk back to her flower fridge and pick out the ones I wanted.
