I Love this store. I will only deal with Anthony, because he is patient with my e-cig ignorance. He is very knowledgeable of the products sold there, and is patient enough to explain all of it so that I can make a decision about the type of vape unit, and juice choices. I am new to all of this. He has always been very polite and understanding of us older people. I also met the owner one day that I was there and he, as well, was extremely nice and appreciative. I also appreciate the fact that I ignorantly tried to take my granddaughter in with me one day, and Anthony wouldn't let me bring her in. I didn't realize all of the other items they had in the store that wasn't appropriate for young eyes. I appreciate that they follow the laws, and their values concerning the under age children. All I have ever done, was walk to the counter where the e-cig products are located, purchase and leave. Dah! Since that episode, I took a look around the store and realized why minors were not allowed. Nothing bad, just out of my league of expertise. They have a variety of anything the world today could want for smoking/vaping. Great hours for working people as well. If any of you have had a bad experience, you need to go see Anthony. This guy is such a con artist. First he tried to sell me an e-cig that wasn't working kept telling me to wait while it charged. I've bought several e-cigs ( batteries ) never have I had to wait while they charge so instead of waiting he gave me another battery. The next day when I tried to charge it the charger would not stay in the battery. I took it back up there he told me I broke it by forcing the charger in it. All I did was try and plug it in. I didn't force anything, When I originally bought the set up he told me I could bring it back for any reason with in 7days. He charged me an additional $25 to replace the BROKEN battery HE SOLD ME. This place is a complete RIP-OFF the guy is out for nothing but money. Was NOT helpful. He tried to turn the thing around on me. Unless you want to be ripped off stay away from there. read more
