Great bunch of guys, they know the product inside out and you can't beat that type of service.

I've been going to the New Leaf in Riverside since they opened and love it. So, when I noticed this one in Orange Park had just opened a few weeks ago, it came as no surprise to me to find this one is just as great! I was in need of a new battery. I started out with one of the cheaper batteries and it was definitely time for an upgrade. I purchased the Helios 2 and I couldn't be happier. If you've been vaping for a while and you're ready to upgrade, I highly recommend this battery. Justin really took the time to explain all the features to me. He didn't even mind when he had to explain something to me more than once. All the different settings were a bit confusing at first. I also thought there was something wrong with the tank I had recently purchased (turns out it was user error. haha) and he checked it out throughly to make sure nothing was wrong with it. I had purchased it a month or so ago at a vape shop in Orlando b/c the disposable tank I had started tasting burnt. It would have been really easy for Justin to tell me it was broken and sell me another one, but he was very honest and said it was one of the top of the line tanks on the market and was perfectly fine. Once we finally established it was my user error, he instructed me on what I was doing wrong and how to correct it. Really great guy! The shop is nice and open with a really relaxed atmosphere. The counter wraps all the way around with wooden stools. There's an lounge area set up in the back of the shop if you just want to come in to vape and hang out a while. Many, many flavours to choose from and they will gladly let you try as many as you like. I've used many of the flavours over the past 9 or 10 months (they all taste great) but I've finally settled into just the Winterblast flavour. I smoked menthol cigarettes for more years than I'm going to mention here and the Winterblast gives me that nice menthol taste so it's more satisfying. If you were a menthol smoker, give it a try. I also popped into the store to pick up some more juice. Same friendly and helpful staff. Since I basically live right in the middle of both the Riverside New Leaf and the Orange Park New Leaf, I'll be popping into both of them in the future. It'll just depend on what area I'm in at the time. =) read more

About 2 years ago I got my first vape there but just wasn't ready to quit the smokes. Been vaping for about 4 months now and haven't had cigarette yet. Doing great.... Thanks to New Leaf. We went to the New Leaf Vapor Company today. We didn't have any idea what we were looking for. We were greeted as soon as we walked in, and the guy was very helpful. We told him what we wanted, and he was great explaining all the different choices, as well as pros & cons. We ended up going with his recommendation, and honestly couldn't be happier with the purchase. I love that they let you taste the different juice flavors before you buy. That alone sold us on buying new liquid too, even though we didn't need it at the time. The store was very clean, neat, and way classier than many of the vape shops we have been too. Came here last month with my brother. Iv been vaping for a couple years and wanted my brother to switch. They are great! They let you taste the flavors and try out the vape pens they also didn't try to sell me more than I needed which was fantastic. New Leaf Vapor Thank you to the wonderful people at the New Leaf Vapor in Orange Park FL on Blanding. My Daughter and I are sitting in the car in the parking lot in front of the mini mall of stores. I wanted to finish my cigarette before going in a store. A guy comes out of New Leaf, walks up to my car and hands me a card and says if you come in New Leaf and give me your pack of cigarettes, I will give you a new starter kit free. I am like let me think about it and we will see. I figured he would give me a cheaply made device and charge me 30 dollars anytime I needed to put fluid in it. I was so wrong. Not only did he fill out paperwork on me and my goals and flavors I liked. We were led to a nice relaxed area with a couch and chairs, Then Alex introduced his self and explained New Leafs goals and what they stood for. Me and my Daughter were in awe. It all just made sense. I must have tried 15 or more flavors. He really listened to me and understood I was quitting smoking so I wanted something that still felt like I was smoking without the bad stuff. I ended up with McCree, it's amazing. You tell them your likes and dislikes and they put flavors together they believe you will like. Then I got this amazing PINK device Free, yes I said Free! Alex is so very nice and not pushy, he's relaxed not trying to sell me everything in the store. We also met Jestin, both were very knowledgeable about the units and information on vapes, they were able to answer all my questions. I left there a very happy customer and will return often for new flavors for my vape. So before we left, we crushed what was left in my pack, my Daughter Dawn really enjoyed this part! Most of the employees are great but there is a manger there with a weird mustache that stares at you creepily while you are in the store and then when you are paying. It has happened 3 times now. When he talks to you he is kind of a douche, they really need to get a new manager or at least train that one on how to talk to people. read more

This store is the BEST IN JAX!!! Don't waste your time anywhere else. The great staff, Karen, George, Adam are super nice & knowledgeable. And they never try to "up sell" you like other places do.
