The receipt says nothing about "No Refunds" Then James Alvarez text saying I could only get $800 and the axle + wheels. I said just to be done with it so fast forward to today when I pick up the parts from the police station cuz he's scared so he wanted police presence for safety. The man James Alvarez of Alvarez Ironworks gave me a USed Axle + tires claiming it was BRAND NEW... $400‍ nowhere near $400! Does this axle look used or am i tripping? Does brand new axles rust? Why would you buy a brand new axle that's rusted with spray paint? Terrible customer service from James Alvarez along with the lies and false claims.
