I asked to make an appointment because I have to go to work and I had a 9 o'clock appointment. At five minutes till nine. There were already six other people sitting outside who all had 9 o'clock . There were only three employees in the back, I looked. Number three I have fabric seats and when I got in my car already aggravated because the bill was $200 more than what I was quoted, my seat is saturated with sweat from whoever movedmy car. I was going straight to work now I have to change my shirt and put something over my seat. Number four. Got on the freeway headed home and my windshield wiper blade just flew off my car. this is just too much!!!! The entire experience was frustrating.
