Then the seats....these were huge comfy, reclining leather seats...with trays!! What a simple but helpful detail!! These were perfect for my toddler to curl up with her blanket or stretch out. Concession lines were quick, popcorn was fresh and soda was good. The only negative, was my husband said their card reader wasn't working, so he had to pay with cash he just happened to have. I'm not sure if it was just that one line or all of them. But I'm sure that would have been hard for some folks. Restrooms were very clean and lots of stalls!

Our showing was at 4:45pm we arrived about 15mins before just incase there was a long line at the concession. When we entered we went straight to the self serve kiosk, although someone was the front he was helping others. They do have a full bar. The line went fairly quick. Our order: 4 kids box: popcorn, drinks and a snack, small popcorn with 2 waters. It was the day before Toy Story 5 premiere and was a bit disappointed to not see a lot of the souvenirs displayed. Even the kids popcorn box wasn't Toy Story themed. Not sure if they sold out already or they were saving it for Friday. The popcorn was fresh and delicious, they also add butter to the top as requested. The seats here are reclined and so comfortable, the temp was just right, not hot or freezing cold. We went to the standard showing. The restrooms clean, I was so happy and surprised to see sanitary barrier cloths on the diaper changing tables. Overall, it was a great experience!

Parking was ridiculously packed but I prefer parking far and in the shade anyways. As soon as you enter, there is a worker that scan your tickets if you purchase online. There's also a kiosk upfront you can purchase tickets as well but most likely you won't get good seating so I don't recommend that. Movie theatre snacks are super expensive and everyone knows that! Best to get the simple combo meal which is the large popcorn, large drink and a snack of choice. Love extra buttery popcorn! You can put as much as you want on the side bar. They don't have an alcoholic bar at this location but they do sell tall cans in the fridge upfront. Restrooms are okay, clean enough and they do have recliner seats. You can also bring a blanket because it does get cold! We got to our seats early too, seen all the upcoming movies and commercials. The movie was amazing! I highly recommend!

It's a little worn down, but ya gotta love Fresno's history and the group, promoter who brought Chris Isaak to Fresno. Did you know he's a Valley guy from Stockton? I had balcony seats. I had a great view of the stage and the entire place. Keep in mind there are No elevators. Stairs only. The plus is there are concessions and restrooms on the second floor. The concert was great. The bathroom was like a prison bathroom but that's expected for a park so keep your expectations low. The show being entirely general admission, I found seats for two people on the second row. It was unbelievable. We we're pretty much eye level with the bands. We put down a towel to sit on and that worked out great. Most people brought nothing to sit on and no chairs. There were concessions - $6 beer pints, $2 water bottles, pizza - at the upper level so we walked up and down the steps a bunch of times. Leaving was super easy. The show felt very intimate. Great energy because of the small space and every seat seems good. When I wanted to go up front to the standing only to see the band and dance that was easy. I got three rows back from the stage no problem. Great time!

I was here to see G3, Joe Satriani, Steve Vai, and Eric Johnson. I had a great seat until the person infront of me decided to stand. See the pic. This was a great show and to see Steve Vai live once in my lifetime here in Fresno was a true gift. I saw Jaime Foxx here back in 2008 and I was up front in Row A. I took some great shots. I'll post if I can get those. Those shots were when I had a Blackberry and a cool Sony camera LOL. Next time I'll sit in the Balcony. Come and support live music here at the William Saroyan. The seats have always been good and I have sat in the front, middle sides, up top. Always had a clear view.
