You get one free popcorn refill with the price. That works just fine. Cup holders available and comfortable seating. We enjoy coming here to watch movies and then going to Mad Duck after to eat.

We waited approximately 45 minutes just to get snacks and drinks, causing us to miss the first 5-10 minutes of the movie. While that was frustrating, it wasn't even the worst part of the experience because i understand this is opening weekend of a big movie. My granddaughter wanted the special Jessie kids cup. We were told they were already out of some of the Toy Story promotional items, including the larger Jessie cups and even the specialty straws that were supposed to come with the collectible cups. How are you out of promotional items and matching straws on the very first day of opening weekend for one of the biggest family movies of the year? After purchasing the Jessie kids cup, it immediately rolled over because the topper is too heavy for the cup design. The Jessie figure broke from the head. We had literally just received it. I politely asked if it could be replaced and was told to speak with a manager. That's when the experience went from disappointing to unbelievable. The manager, Wade, immediately accused me of breaking it myself. He repeatedly said there was nothing he could do and basically told me, "You broke it, too bad." I was shocked. Why would I spend money on a collectible cup for my granddaughter and then intentionally break it minutes later? He then offered me a Woody topper and said that was my only option because the Jessie toppers were "limited." His attitude was essentially, "Take it, that's it for you." What makes this even worse is that after I told my daughter what happened, she spoke with another manager who immediately helped her and provided a replacement Jessie topper. So Wade was lying, rude, simply didn't want to help. Either way, that's terrible customer service. The part that upset me the most wasn't even the broken topper, it was being accused three separate times of breaking it myself and being told "too bad" by a manager. We spent approximately $90 on concessions alone, not including more than $80 on movie tickets. Families spend a lot of money to create special memories with their kids. Honestly, if you're going to treat customers this way, why come to work on opening weekend of a children's movie at all? This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a movie theater.

Even the kids popcorn box wasn't Toy Story themed. Not sure if they sold out already or they were saving it for Friday. The popcorn was fresh and delicious, they also add butter to the top as requested. The seats here are reclined and so comfortable, the temp was just right, not hot or freezing cold. We went to the standard showing. The restrooms clean, I was so happy and surprised to see sanitary barrier cloths on the diaper changing tables. Overall, it was a great experience!
