Location: Regal Cinemas Riverpark Date: June 25, 2026…read more Service: Movie Today is the opening day for Supergirl My family and I were looking forward to it after watching Superman last year. Supergirl didn't disappoint there was non-stop action guest stars and cinematic scenes and of course comedy. We came at the right time our theater showtime was not packed at all We were able to find our seats We got the VIP tickets because it comes with unlimited popcorn and soda which is very helpful on any movie going out night or day. My family and I highly enjoy the movie We highly recommend that you check them out. Check out the photos attached to this review.

am extremely disappointed with our experience at Regal Riverpark today for the opening weekend of…read moreToy Story 5. First, the concession lines were absolutely ridiculous. We waited approximately 45 minutes just to get snacks and drinks, causing us to miss the first 5-10 minutes of the movie. While that was frustrating, it wasn't even the worst part of the experience because i understand this is opening weekend of a big movie. My granddaughter wanted the special Jessie kids cup. We were told they were already out of some of the Toy Story promotional items, including the larger Jessie cups and even the specialty straws that were supposed to come with the collectible cups. How are you out of promotional items and matching straws on the very first day of opening weekend for one of the biggest family movies of the year? After purchasing the Jessie kids cup, it immediately rolled over because the topper is too heavy for the cup design. The Jessie figure broke from the head. We had literally just received it. I politely asked if it could be replaced and was told to speak with a manager. That's when the experience went from disappointing to unbelievable. The manager, Wade, immediately accused me of breaking it myself. He repeatedly said there was nothing he could do and basically told me, "You broke it, too bad." I was shocked. Why would I spend money on a collectible cup for my granddaughter and then intentionally break it minutes later? He then offered me a Woody topper and said that was my only option because the Jessie toppers were "limited." His attitude was essentially, "Take it, that's it for you." What makes this even worse is that after I told my daughter what happened, she spoke with another manager who immediately helped her and provided a replacement Jessie topper. So Wade was lying, rude, simply didn't want to help. Either way, that's terrible customer service. The part that upset me the most wasn't even the broken topper, it was being accused three separate times of breaking it myself and being told "too bad" by a manager. We spent approximately $90 on concessions alone, not including more than $80 on movie tickets. Families spend a lot of money to create special memories with their kids. Honestly, if you're going to treat customers this way, why come to work on opening weekend of a children's movie at all? This was one of the worst customer service experiences I've had at a movie theater.

Our showing was at 4:45pm we arrived about 15mins before just incase there was a long line at the concession. When we entered we went straight to the self serve kiosk, although someone was the front he was helping others. They do have a full bar. The line went fairly quick. Our order: 4 kids box: popcorn, drinks and a snack, small popcorn with 2 waters. It was the day before Toy Story 5 premiere and was a bit disappointed to not see a lot of the souvenirs displayed. Even the kids popcorn box wasn't Toy Story themed. Not sure if they sold out already or they were saving it for Friday. The popcorn was fresh and delicious, they also add butter to the top as requested. The seats here are reclined and so comfortable, the temp was just right, not hot or freezing cold. We went to the standard showing. The restrooms clean, I was so happy and surprised to see sanitary barrier cloths on the diaper changing tables. Overall, it was a great experience!

I'm standing outside for THREE HOURS in weather over 100 degrees. Tana con was probably better than this. Someone literally passed out in front of me because we were out there in the heat for so long. THINGS ONLY GOT WORSE. When I FINALLY got in, the actual air was wet. The walls were wet, the floors were wet, all from sweat and NO air facilitated into the small venue. I got in the building in time to see the main act. Even HE had to cut his performance short because it was NOT safe for people. I saw TWO people being carried out because they passed out. There were CHILDREN at this show. What is wrong with this venue?? How could the firefighters seriously not call this show off? People LITERALLY were being carried out, and not the woah that's crazy cool story bro, like kids 15 years old passing out from dehydration and lack of air. How this venue was able to host this event, I will not understand. How this venue did not take proper steps to make sure people were enjoying their show safely, I do not understand. They were clearly more concerned with making money rather than the safety of CHILDREN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GOING TO ANY EVENT AT THIS VENUE WITHOUT THEM SERIOUSLY GETTING THEIR SH*T TOGETHER. You've ran your business for so long in Fresno you KNOW DAM WELL how hot it gets. This should not have happened.

It's a little worn down, but ya gotta love Fresno's history and the group, promoter who brought Chris Isaak to Fresno. Did you know he's a Valley guy from Stockton? I had balcony seats. I had a great view of the stage and the entire place. Keep in mind there are No elevators. Stairs only. The plus is there are concessions and restrooms on the second floor. The concert was great. The sound was excellent. Performer sang a lot of his hits. He even came up to the balcony area where I was sitting. I'll post that on my social media profiles. The video is too long for Yelp. Deplorable, all of you. Y'all are not empathetic and just outright awful. Enjoy my reviews, you absolute monsters.
