The front camera was damaged, which caused all of the caution lights on the dash to light up. AAA chose the repair shop. AAA paid for the repairs. No increase in my Premium. Great. 14 months later, while driving home from work, all caution lights lit up again. We took it to our Dealership, who told us that the cause was a faulty front camera- that wasn't installed properly. I contacted Sevak, my AAA claim adjuster, who said he would contact the Dealership. A week later, after hearing nothing back from my adjuster, we just received a call from our Dealership, stating that the claim was denied. AAA denied their own claim. LOL! No apology. No explanation. Just denied. We canceled our insurance with AAA, today. And, we highly recommend that you avoid them like the plague. TERRIBLE customer service. Worst EVER.
