I came in to pay my wife's registration for her car because of course she waited til the last day to do it. The line was super short. When I got to the counter the clerk was super friendly and helpful. She noticed I was missing a form that was not given to me by the dealership when we did a recall a few months prior. So she told me to get the form from the dealer where we did the recall. It was just down the street so I ran there, got the form and returned to AAA. She instructed me to skip the line upon return and she took me as soon as she was done with the customer she had in front of her, despite the line being slightly longer this time. Overall the entire process took about an hour, with all the driving to different locations. It was a lot better than I expected and the registration payment was posted that day. I definitely recommend using the services available here.

It used to be convenient to go here instead of the dmv but now it's just like the dmv. They are so ready to upsell you insurance or travel packages. There travel packages are a scam. You can find them for way less on your own. Most people don't know but if you don't pay your full insurance premium upfront then they charge you interest to make monthly payments. No other insurance company does this. They are barely hanging g in to my business.

The front camera was damaged, which caused all of the caution lights on the dash to light up. AAA chose the repair shop. AAA paid for the repairs. No increase in my Premium. Great. 14 months later, while driving home from work, all caution lights lit up again. We took it to our Dealership, who told us that the cause was a faulty front camera- that wasn't installed properly. I contacted Sevak, my AAA claim adjuster, who said he would contact the Dealership. A week later, after hearing nothing back from my adjuster, we just received a call from our Dealership, stating that the claim was denied. AAA denied their own claim. LOL! No apology. No explanation. Just denied. We canceled our insurance with AAA, today. And, we highly recommend that you avoid them like the plague. TERRIBLE customer service. Worst EVER. The minimum stars Yelp allows for rating, is one. My ACTUAL rating is 0 stars. Thanks for nothing, AAA. NEVER again. SHAME ON YOU.
