Unfortunately, we did not receive the excellent service that so many others have. I called in a panic, being let go from my job and receiving a referral to Medi-Cal from Covered California only having 3 business days left until the New Year when my coverage from my employer would be terminated. I called and the phone was answered, which is great, however my call was never returned. I was a referral from several personal sources, along with Google, and Yelp. Luckily we found someone else to assist us with coverage, but Dynamite made a promise to call us back which was never returned, even after expressing the urgency of our needs. read more

To be clear, I am giving this establishment 5 stars just from my interaction with the receptionist and Mr. Moon even though I did not actually have them do any work for me. The receptionist was courteous and let me know that Mr. Moon was on another phone call and put me on hold. I didn't have to wait too long before Mr. Moon picked up. This place is amazing!!! I am enrolled in a financial planning class and one of the recommendations was to make sure you have proper insurance coverage. Left my # and got a call back within three hours by Jim Kline, who patiently and professionally walked me through the process of procuring a carrier (howzat for alliteration!?) Jim even advised me to wait to bundle our auto insurance with the same carrier until escrow closes to insure the carrier is the one we will wind up with(the variables on this scenario are myriad and things change.) So, after calling our auto insurance and being quoted almost double and our renter's insurance carrier priced at fifty percent more, I feel pretty confident we are making the best fiscal decision by going with Dynamite. I WOULD GIVE 10 STARS!! I contacted Scott due to having no idea about our insurance policy coverage and was thinking we needed his services to find us new insurance or better package that better suits our needs. We are both new to being insured and were both very unclear as to how our insurance actually worked and were under the impression that we were mislead by the insurance company. This is when I decided to call and speak with Scott Moon about him possibly helping us with this issue. Scott really went above and beyond! He literally took over an hour of his time to break our plan down for us and gave us a very good understanding of how our plan works and what we can expect from it. He was extremely open and honest about the coverage that his plans offer as well as they were basically the same as the one we already have. Scott easily could have mislead us into believing his insurance plans were much better and we should go with him but that wasn't the case at all. We didn't even end up using Scott's services at the end of the day because we actually aren't nearly as bad off as we previously thought we were and that is all thanks to Scott being so so patient and thorough with his explanation.
