This is my 3rd session here. It was a nightmare back in 2021-2022 for lazer. I was very disappointed! I bought Groupon of 8 sessions which they honored everything was fine BUT the girl who did it did NOT make you comfortable did not warm up the bed was NOT talkative! Was very cold rude and fast! Did not ask questions of how I'm feeling etc. well let me tell you, I came back to the beach while on work trip, and MICHELLE WAS AMAZING super friendly nice talkative and gave lots of advice for what is needed to be done and when to come in during the growing phase etc. loved it. Will be coming back now more often. Between my last session and now it's almost been one year. I was dreading because it hurt. Today it was painless and fast! read more

RUN AWAY FAST !!! If you value your hard earned money. Azuri quite literally steals your money. I changed my mind during Covid on having a laser package. NONE of the work had been started and I requested a refund. AZURI responded haughtily that the 'Board of Directors' denied any refund. Any facility that will NOT refund client if they change their mind, especially during Covid is highly questionable. DO not pay for ANYTHING in advance or will have to fight for any refund. Had CoolSculpting done here in 2019. They had no idea how to do the procedure and I ended up with PAH. My abdomen and flanks tripled in size and had to pay $36,000 for a plastic surgeon to do Vaser Lipo and a Tummy Tuck to remove 3 liters of PAH that filled my abdomen and flanks from Az uri. Their staff was not certified or trained in doing CoolSculpting and it was blatant disregard on the part of Azuri. They won't reimburse the fee I paid for this CoolSclupting that ruined my life since the did it in Mar 2019 and they diagnosed it in Feb '20. DO not go to Azuri Center in Miami Beach, Blatant Disregard for their clients!!!! read more

Best place to get a natural young look with the newest technology in affordable prices, I come for consolation and Dr. Jason Sanders recommend to do a laser treatment (20min) and a little bit of Botox not so much that it's will look natural. I want to do a filler in the lips to hide the lines but he advise for a cheaper natural looking solution- SkinTyte around the eyes and lips and I see the results instantly Now my skin look firmer and more youthful. I would highly recommend coming here. I recently moved from Houston this last year and had to change all of my "regular" people I see for treatment. From the moment I stepped into AZURI I was treated with care and over the top customer service. The front desk was helpful and offered me something to drink while I waited. They showed me some of the latest products (without pushing anything) and made me feel comfortable enough to ask any and all questions. Kenny has always been more than helpful and BEYOND knowledgeable. He's never made me feel silly for asking questions and trust me... my questions tend to be of the most sometimes. I've had more than an hour conversation with him understanding what it is I need and why. Lisa is my go to for looking great! I've referred several people to her including my daughter who has Hyperhydrosis. She's been nothing but professional and has never steered me wrong in the look that I'm going for. She's very detailed, honest and patient. I feel that I have found my home here at AZURI. I appreciate your team and your attention to detail. HORRIBLE BUSINESS! After spending $5,700 on both my daughters to receive 2 packages of 3 areas which included brazilian bikini, legs and armpits I have decided to run as far as I can and post this review for others to be aware of the way they treat their clients and their business practices. I did my package with Jessica Peter, the manager at that time. My experience: #1 They are never on time. The laser tech usually is walking through the door 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. In addition, they never confirm your appointments. (Sure way to make sure you are charged $150 for not showing up or end up going to a closed facility) #2 I specifically asked what type of machine they use to make sure at the time of purchasing the packages that my daughters could tolerate the pain. I come to find out at the end that they changed ownership from Azuri Medical Aesthetics & Rejuvenation to Vox Medical Center and now have new machines. My daughter couldn't tolerate the pain in the bikini area, therefore, they were not doing that area. They never advised me. They can call me to charge me as they state my girls are minors or ask that a adult goes to the visits with them (which at the end they didn't even care) since they are under 18 but they can't call me to tell me about the new machine and that my daughter hasn't been receiving that treatment area because she refused it for the pain. (They didn't fulfil our package agreement yet wouldn't refund me) I come to find out at the end they could have offered numbing cream which they never did. #3 During Covid, we called to confirm appointment & when I arrived their doors were closed. They had a sign on the door that said they were opening at noon but never did. They could've called to advised us and not waste my time driving there with my girls on a Saturday morning. #4 Gay is always lost. Always a mix up when you deal with Gay. #5 We sent several emails of our experience and concerns and no one will ever answer our emails. #6 When I finally got fed up and called to complain, Vanessa Johnston advised me Jessica was no longer with the company and that she was the new manager. She heard all our concerns & verified what happened and offered to comp a few sessions once the last session was done. #7 As we got closer to the completion of the paid session (2 sessions left each) Jose Hincapie got on the phone and disputed that I was owed anything. He stated Vanessa was in training and did not have the authority to comp any sessions. Yet his position at the time was scheduler. #8 Finally I decided to request to speak to the owner and he is the worst one there. His name is Kenneth and only once got on the phone to tell me to read the contract and that they have all the right to change machines, change frequency level, change company name, change appointments and he will not hold Vanessa's offer to comp any sessions or provide a refund. After several documented emails and attempts to have Kenneth or Jose return my phone call I decided to walk away with 1 paid session undone and go to a new location that has been AMAZING!!!! All it took is for Kenneth to let his ego and think about customer service after a client spends this kind of money and was interested in doing other part of the body but he didn't. Therefore I took my money elsewhere. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE! Owner and employees do not value their word or clients. read more

Last month I went to see Dr. Sanders. I had a few concerns about aging and my skin. I assumed the best way to fix it would be Botox and filler's like I've always done. Dr. Sanders explained how those are temporary and created a plan that would actually read generate my skin. Yesterday I went in and received halo laser, Photo facial, skin tightening, and a little bit of filler in my lips. Jessica helped me schedule everything and was there through the entire process as well as Dr. Sanders, I am very anxious when it comes to procedures and they talked me through everything. It was easy and painless for the most part. They made sure I was comfortable and they have been checking up on me ever since the procedure. I am so happy with the results I am still Healing but I already see changes in my skin and my lips look absolutely perfect. I cannot recommend Azuri medical spa enough! The customer service, bedside manners, treatment rooms, professionalism and not to mention state of the art procedures that actually help your skin regenerate versus filling your face with foreign substance.
