I am sharing my personal experience to help others make an informed decision. I had a full abdomen procedure at AirSculpt Miami in January 2025. During my initial consultation, I did not meet with a physician. The consultation was conducted by a non-medical staff member, and I was shown before-and-after photos and discussed treatment options. I elected to proceed with the procedure. I met the surgeon for the first time on the day of the procedure. At that time, the surgeon commented that I was already lean and questioned whether the procedure was necessary. The procedure was still performed. Following the procedure, I experienced unevenness, lumps, and indentations in the treated area. At follow-up visits, I was advised to undergo Morpheus treatments to improve the results, which I did at an additional cost of approximately $2,000. After completing the recommended treatments, some improvement was noted, but the contour irregularities remained. I was advised to wait several months and later underwent a revision procedure in October 2025. Despite following all postoperative instructions and recommendations, I continue to have visible contour irregularities in my abdomen. In a recent communication with the office, I was informed that no further revisions would be offered and that no additional corrective options were available. In total, I have spent approximately $17,000 related to these procedures. I am disappointed with the final outcome and feel that my abdomen appears worse than prior to treatment. While outcomes may vary, this reflects my individual experience, and I encourage anyone considering this procedure to ask detailed questions and fully understand the potential risks before proceeding. read more

I am very disappointed with my AirSculpting experience. It has been three months and I have seen no results at all. If anything the scale has gone up. I am very active and was told my case would be simple with fast results but that has not been true. Before I paid the facility seemed great. After that I was passed to a different team that did not feel professional. You cannot speak to the doctor directly because everything has to go through a nurse. I still have questions that no one has answered even after three months. Every visit also left me waiting about an hour even with an appointment. This procedure is not worth paying over $10,000 especially when it did not work and the recovery time is long. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Extremely Disappointed with AirSculpt Results - No Visible Improvement, No Accountability I'm sharing my experience after undergoing what was marketed as a minimally invasive "AirSculpt" procedure at Elite Body Sculpture for my chin, neck, and jowls. The procedure promised fat removal, a lifted neck, smoothed jowls, and paid extra for skin tightening. This was my first-ever cosmetic procedure, and I followed all post-op instructions exactly--wearing the compression mask and massaging as directed. I initially felt confident moving forward due to glowing reviews, but only later did I discover many negative accounts--just look them up. Unfortunately, I now relate to those experiences. Despite the promises, three months and two weeks later, I see no improvement. My jawline is undefined, my neck and chin are loose, the area looks lumpy, and my double chin looks worse than before. I'm a petite woman (size 6P), and the change is noticeable--and not in a good way. I'm embarrassed by the result. At my 3-month check-in, I expressed my concerns. The physician acknowledged my disappointment and admitted that wearing the compression mask at this point "won't do anything," which strongly suggests that waiting for the 6-month mark won't yield different results. There was no offer to make things right--only a mention by a nurse that if I've gained weight by then, I might need to pay more for revisions. What's more frustrating is the complete lack of communication. My emails, texts, and calls went ignored until I finally reached someone. When I asked about a refund, I was told that they don't give refunds and stated that they probably should have made it more clear in the paperwork regarding no refunds. I paid $9,000 for this procedure, followed every instruction, and now look worse than when I started. I work hard for my money, take care of myself, and expected at the very least not to look worse than before. I would not recommend this procedure based on my experience. I heard about this place from the skinny confidential podcast. Of course they were getting paid and free services so they had nothing but positive things to say. It's just liposuction rebranded. They seem to edit their after photos and make false claims about recovery. When I went in, my first impression was good. I met with a "surgeon assistant" and she was sweet and helpful but not certified. I wish I had met with the actual person performing on me. I kept reading negative reviews of airsculpt online and I went back and forth and called to cancel my appointment 6 days before. They charged me $2000 for canceling a week prior. I would stay away unless you're 100% in or if you're willing to chance a botched procedure. read more

Sketchy sales tactics. I came in for a consultation and was seen by a Dr. Grohmann who had terrible bedside manner. Told me my incision would be a certain length on consultation day but when my surgery day came she said it would be have to be longer a lot longer than I was initially ok with. I address my concerns about this and was told I'd still have to pay fees which were about a little over a grand if I cancelled. I was assured by the Dr. that my incision would be very well done. Overall the incision was poorly done and I was told it would look different in a few months but 6 months later and it has not changed. When I asked about a revision of the scar I was told I'd have to pay almost 2 grand more in surgical fees!! Worst decision I could have made choosing this office. You would think the quality would be worth the price tag but it's not!! I was hoping I could recommend them to my other mom friends who were interested in seeing how my result came out but I definitely won't be sending anyone I care about there. read more

I had surgery yesterday to remove my back fat of my entire back. Unfortunately I struggled with bad genetics and carried all of my weight on my back, my arms and I hate to say it I had a buffalo hump .. not cute lol. I was referred to the airsculpt office and my experience way amazing. They were extremely nice and professional they called my meds in two days prior to my surgery for me so I had it ready for the day of which I thought was great, my Dr Grohmann was incredible she was very detailed she took her time on my back they said she spent extra time on me because she wanted it to be perfect. I was awake the entire time and they let me play my music from Spotify on their speakers which was fun and pretty cool. They let my boyfriend in the room while I was getting surgery and he was cheering me on, it was honestly the best thing I've ever done I feel like my life is changed forever. I no longer have to wear jeans jackets with every outfit to hide the fat because it's all gone. I woke up today and went for a walk, I honestly don't even need the pain meds because it's not bothering me at all I feel like I did 100 rows on the rowing machine and I'm sore but that's it. So overall I can't say enough amazing things about my Airsculpt experience. Most amazing is that I'm on my feet day after and nobody has to know what I did because I have no scars !!!! Dr Grohmann did my abdomen and flanks 7 weeks ago and I am seeing it look better and better everyday. I am going in a few weeks to get my legs done and I am so excited as that has been such a trouble area for me my entire life! Recovery is such a breeze compared to traditional lipo, which I did have 7 years ago. 2 hours of my life that I will never get back. 6mo post op, Dr. Chopra "so what exactly were you hoping to accomplish with this appointment." Saw me for 2 seconds and all he could tell me was you can pay for another operation if you're not happy. Nurse was nice, but I don't know how qualified the nurses are here. She tried to make me feel better about my experience and her advice was to eat McDonalds. Dr. Chopra is the worst person I've ever had the misfortune of meeting. He barely looked at me and gave me no advice other than telling me to pay for another operation. My entire experience with Airsculpt has been the worst in my life, the worst decision I have ever made and the worst money I ever spent just to have discoloration and scars all over. I would pay to go back and never ever go to an Airsculpt clinic in my life. Everything they advertise is false and they don't care about you, or how you recover. I had the best experience at Elite. Not only is the location beautiful (really classic and clean look) but the doctors, nurses and staff were all amazing. So kind, reassuring, and present. SO overpriced(30k+) and terrible at what they do. Research the doctor. Look up questions to ask before you go in. Make sure they do a pre op appt. All I had was a consultation and then it was the procedure. My friends that have had liposuction(thats all airsculpt is no matter what they say) said they got consultation and then a pre op appt where they go over everything and you sign all the papers so you know exactly what you're walking into the day of the procedure. read more

GREAT EXPERIENCE!! I do not have one negative comment about this business. Not only is the staff well trained, they are extremely nice and know what they are doing.
