After months of agreeing on moderate profile implants, the surgeon changed the plan and recommended high profile implants while I was already prepped on an IV, right before surgery. I was not given time to properly consider or consent. His reason was that he preferred the projection. I was very clear from the start that I wanted a smaller, natural result. Because of this last-minute change the outcome is the opposite of what I agreed to. The implants are overly projected and firm, with very visible scarring and noticeable veins due to how tight they are. At a follow-up appointment, the surgeon raised his voice when I shared my concerns. The office offered a refund at that visit, but later said it would only be issued if I signed a non-disclosure agreement. I declined the NDA and still have not received the refund months later. UPDATE: I've been dealing with this back and forth for months. I finally agreed to sign the NDA their attorney had been pushing in order to receive my refund and move on privately, but never received a response. I stand by everything I shared. read more

Ladies, save your money go elsewhere. There are a lot of good surgeons out there that would give you a better results for a fraction of what you would 've paid him. I had my surgery done with him in 2020, Bbl and tummy tuck. I paid A LOTS of money and ended up not happy with the results. Since it was my first surgery I didn't know how I felt about it at first but I knew for sure that Something was off. It wasn't what I was expecting as results. Mind you, I wasn't planning on getting tummy tuck I wanted liposuction of my abdomen but he suggested tummy tuck for a better results.So I was like ok then. The whole time I was optimistic. I was like let's wait a little longer to see if things will look better.Because I was refer to him by a friend. Months passed by and I was like maybe it too early to see results let's wait after a few more months, because they're always said that results get better with times. Months passed by, years and unfortunately that was not the case, my experience with him was very disappointed. The side of my abdomen is uneven, he made bigger cut in one side than the other one leaving me with one side flat the other one with a lots of extra skin. My belly bottom was placed too high and I have like a pouch, lots of extra skin below the cutting line on top of my pubic area along side to the right. Oh..also something called dog ear in one side. I was frustrated with my results. I called a couple of times to complain. But I know to fix all that it wasn't gonna be free. One thing for sure it was gonna cost me a lot more than to go somewhere elsewhere,.Because just for surgery room fee and anesthesia it's about 5k with them,not included the surgery itself. So, I Simplified my life and went somewhere else to fix all the mess. So PLEASE don't make the same mistakes that I made don't trust those reviews. I just had surgery with Dr. Craft. He performed liposuction on my axila, bra rolls, back, abdomen, and waist. He also did a breast revision from a surgery that I had with another doctor several months ago. He tightened the vertical scar and performed a breast list. Additional, he excised extra skin that I had around the breast area. It hasn't even been 24 hours and I feel great. I'm sore, but I am not in pain. The soreness that I have is equivalent to do Barrys Bootcamp class followed by a 90min spin class. It feels like a workout burn. Dr. Craft is so incredibly friendly and so incredibly talented. A friends referred me to him and I'm so happy she did. On the day of my consultation, he took the time to get to know me and understand my goals. He also took the time to draw on my body and mark the areas that he could operate one and he gave me a strong idea of what the outcome would look like. I booked the surgery within days of my first meeting with him. I want to also say that his staff are warm and naturally friendly. Yenifer is my patient coordinator and through it all she communicated well with me. She's so incredibly friendly. Norma, who is the front desk supervisor is incredibly warm and friendly. I also had the pleasure of meeting Anna, Dr. Craft's wife and she is so cheerful and nice. You can tell that they treat all of their patients like family. On the day of my surgery Dr. Craft gave me a fist bump, a true indication of his really fun and calming personality. He again marked my body and went over the surgery step by step. The anesthesiologist was really nice and helped to calm my fears. The OR nurse and team were great. What I really appreciated is that after surgery they allowed me to spend time in recovery. I was in recovery for about 1 1/2 hours. The nurse who was with me was outstanding. Making sure I was fully alert, feeding me water and crackers, checking my blood pressure and heart rate constantly. I was truly in good hands. Dr. Craft's team called me after surgery, and Dr. Crafted called me too. I'm so excited to see how it all turns out but I can say just from looking at my body in the mirror so far, that Dr. Craft is an expert at his craft!! If I could give this place zero stars I would've done it. I cannot put into words what I have been through since I went to this clinic to have a breast augmentation back in December 2017. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE REVIEWS. I was still in high school back then and I did my research and their reviews were excellent. I also had my best friend have them done with him and everything seemed to be going okay with her... I saw the doctor and my parents and I trusted him and his staff. I had a lot of insecurities with my boobs so I was hoping they will be gone for good but instead I got another bigger problem. For my own privacy I will not post the same pictures I sent them but my breasts looked badddd, they still do ...and leaving looks aside, the pain I've experienced since that moment I cannot describe it. It feels like If something is pinching me inside . I paid around $7k for implants that wouldn't need a replacement ever and I have to go to a revision (I have been putting it off so I could get different opinions) and according to my doctors the reason they hurt so bad is because they are out of place (now I might even need a lift when I had A cup) ... everything that could possibly go wrong went wrong on that surgery. They said that they should've been held accountable and I should've had a revision at no cost at all! The first email I sent them was a month post op (Jan 15 ,2018) I was worried about how uneven they were, the horrible scaring, the difference in sizes, when I laid on my back my chest was flat they go to the sides, there were so many things going wrong at that moment ... so of course the answer I got from his staff was to wait because the implants had to drop/settle ... so I waited. Three months after my surgery I sent another email to my surgeon coordinator at that time (Eliana) *with pictures attached* regarding my concerns ... ( March 12,2018) it was still too early since they take around six months to be healed and completely see the results... On January 26,2019 A YEAR POST OP I sent them another email and the answer they had is that they could do the revision but it will cost me $4250 on top of what I already paid that they literally fckd up! She seemed proud to be giving a "discount" of $150 from OR and Anesthesia. No one literally cared ! No one helped me and i will attach photos of everything! Ofc I couldn't pay that amount at that time. So at the end of 2020 I was sick and tired of being uncomfortable and in pain and guess what ? Email bounced back. From 2020 until the moment I've been seeing doctors and it's literally not fair. I would seriously suggest you think about going to them twice because they are HORRIBLE ... I had to replace my silicone implants because one was ruptured. The person who initially did it the first time was Dr craft himself so I didn't think of going to any other place except him. I had been seeing Dr craft for about 8 years for radiesse shots. He had always done a amazing job. They would keep the rest I didn't use on my nose for touch ups. I would get a non surgical nose job. I came about 4 times a year and would use my whole syringe. I dont think his wife liked me going this for $$$ reasons and my last visit said i should get a silicon injection or a non dissolving liquid and I said no. One fuck up on my face and its is ruined. At least with radiesse your body dissolves it. Anyways after that it seemed like Dr craft wanted to empty out my left overs. At my last touch up. Probably a money thing but what happen is that he injected to much and my blood vessels where blocked causing NECROSIS!!!! I was out of the country when this happened too. My face looked like a fucking zombie. I had bruising skin turned black I had puss and radiuses coming out of my pores from the area... it was horrible also ruined my trip. I called his office and he said he would get my medication when I came back. I had to fly on the plane with a major infection that could of fucked up my face for life. I got the medication and cream after a week th infection began to heel. I was left with really really bad scaring on my face. I asked if they where going to do anything about it. He gave my a blank stare and said "I guess i can give a scar cream." wow after years of seeing him thats how i got treated. I was left with a scar and you know what im lucky and they lucky it was worse!!! look up NECROSIS!! I felt like I should of been offered my money back or laser or peels for my scar. Considering I was a good client and they had those services there at his med spa. This was about 3 years ago. I just wrote the review because I finally had the gul to come out and say something. Im just now getting peels and micro needling for my scar. I hope it goes away. I wanted to let other aware of what can happen. no one should keep you syringe for that long. ( YEAR) also no one should max out a needle in one of the most sensitive areas on the face. with two arteries next to it. A sergeant should tell you these things. Thank god it wasn't worse but the scar bothers me and again im stuck paying outa pocket for this shit!!!!!!! no young girl wants a line across her nose and textured skin. horrible. photos are after medications during heeling process... I consulted with 7 highly reccomend surgeons and Dr Craft was the 7th. Hands down he truly is the best, beyond talented! I am 16 days post op today and feel amazing. I had a BA with a lift and implant exchange as I had a silent rupture from an old pair of implants. Additionally I have had several other BA & lifts but never until now achieving what my goals were. Worth every single penny! If I get another breast augmentation in the future, I will go to Dr. Craft again. Literally, showed him a nude picture of what I wanted and my boobs look almost exactly the same as the model. The results look soooo natural! The healing was so quick! The only thing is I do wish I would've listened to his advice and gone a liiiittle bigger. But I insisted I wanted to take my deflated small B, to a full B/small C. (This was before I knew how much better life is with boobs!!) He gave me 300ccs in each boob. He even did a little lipo on one to even them out. He's very talented. Also he's not TOO conservative. I ended up looking like a full C/small D. But I'm sooooo happy because honestly a full B would've been such a waste of money on my anatomy!
