I worked with John Roccia because he has had such an interesting career and I felt I really connected with him. He did a fantastic job with my resume makeover, I can see it working for me with my contacts as well as job sites. John is a big picture guy who gave me great direction that resulted in big impact on my search strategy. He was also happy to get down to the nitty gritties when I asked him a thousand questions on the little things that I needed to figure out. He was an amazing interviewer for my mock interview, and helped me prepare for the toughest questions that I dreaded. John also helped me connect with the local coach here at Seattle, Sara Dawson, so I could connect to her network. The self-study modules are quite intensive and although you end up doing a lot of work to complete the work they've cut out for you, you end up with great content that you can use for your interviews. The interview prep module was my favorite, and the research strategy they set was thorough. My only advice is to do more self-prep on the interview front, the research you do with the module is great and complete, but you will need to prepare for the STAR format and find your best behavioral interview answers before your mock interview so that you are ready. Overall, a very positive experience, I highly recommend their coaching modules and coaches.

The gym is really hard to find, but instead of driving towards NAC, make a right and drive into the plaza with a bunch of different companies. It's near the therapy place. The design is really cool. I love how the space isn't old school iron, but still has that rough feeling being in a warehouse and concrete floors, etc. As for what the gym has to offer, holy shit, practically everything from 55lb bars to a bunch of weird and different accessory machines lots of gyms don't have. The atmosphere of the gym is alright. I prefer Iron Sport Gym Inc over this gym when it comes to atmosphere. This place is always dead and there aren't a lot of people who come here when I have visited the few times. I think it's $10 a day, but the owner could careless if you pay. It's open pretty much 24/7, just walk in.

Whether you are a rookie on your first day ever lifting, or even a body builder who has been lifting their entire life. Started coming here when I was 145 pounds and didn't know much about lifting and now I am 180 and really getting the handle on things. The owner, Brian Reed is also my personal trainer. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs or is questioning about what training to get. Any goal you want to reach, he will make sure you reach that goal! I I really enjoy coming here.
